Got a four-pack. Only needed one. Good value. Thin-walled construction. Not heavy duty. Works fine for temporary or occasional use. For a permanent fixture, I'd recommend replacing the E26 socket with a dedicated E39 socket and eliminating the adapter. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I believe the bulbs I purchased them for are faulty, so I never got to see them perform the task I intended them to so.. However, they do work! - I intervened and modified one. It sure carries a signal as I threw a breaker because I messed with the ground pin in the socket. DO NOT DO THIS.. I TEND TO TINKER AMBITIOUSLY AND OFTEN PAY FOR IT. Product is packaged well. Made from good materials, and is sturdy. I keep them around on the shelf, because with a homestead who knows when I'll find a need and purpose for additional or modified lighting. Adapters are handy. ** I tried to use these to adapt a 300W eq CFL bulb to a standard size mogul base. But I had no success with the bulbs. Even when I put them in the proper lamp w/ e39 base. So again, fault is on the bulb. Not Dicuno. ... show more
