My nephew's getting to the age where formal occasions actually require a tie, and he's been asking to match with me at family events. This set solved that in one purchase—adult tie, youth tie, matching pocket squares, and a pair of cufflinks with tie fabric inlaid in the center. The silky fabric feels substantial, not that papery fluff you get from budget sellers where the tie holds a crease from being folded in packaging for six months. Textured stripe pattern reads clean and sharp, and the color stays consistent across both ties. At under nineteen dollars for the whole package, the value is genuinely surprising. Adult tie measures 59 by 3.15 inches, youth tie runs 48 by 2.36, and the proportions are correct on both—neither looks like a novelty adult tie. The cufflinks are a nice touch, and since I collect the things, I can tell you these hold up fine for the price point. Sweet Cheeks saw us walking out the door matching and said we looked like a catalog photo, heh-heh. The shorter youth tie makes a full Windsor knot a bit tight, so a four-in-hand or half Windsor is your better bet for the smaller piece. The pocket square fabric matches well but runs on the thinner side, nothing that shows once it's tucked. Cufflink threading can occasionally loosen at the edges since the pattern is thread-based, so give them a once-over before wearing. None of that dings the rating. Five stars because this set delivers exactly what it promises—coordinated, quality, and affordable enough that you could grab multiple colorways without guilt. I really like this set. First off, it's really fun for both me and my son when we wear these to church together. The color is vibrant and bright. It feels like silk and feels to be very good quality. I've had other ties that I've gotten online that feel cheap, not these. They feel great. The two different sizes are awesome. The larger one for the adult fits me as expected. The youth size tie fits my 10 year old son well (he is very tall, but I expect this would fit most youths well). First of all, I love their motto: Life isn’t perfect but your outfit can be. Makes me smile and nod my head. At any rate, these matching ties are a great set for an adult and youth, which makes it perfect for my needs. My adult son is 10 years older than my youngest son, who wanted a matching tie with his big brother. He already has a matching tie with his dad, so it’s been fun looking through the options to find something that suited my boys. My youngest selected this yellow and blue striped set, which he said gave off a Hogwarts vibe, so I was happy to comply. And honestly, these ties are incredibly nice in person and the set is a fantastic deal. If you check out the zoomed in photo, you can see the beautiful textured pattern to the yellow stripes. The blue has a smooth satin finish. I love these ties, and the price at the two ties for under $19 is a great deal for such nice quality. These are one of those purchases that instantly turn a normal outfit into a whole moment. The matching father and son ties are just plain fun and somehow manage to be sweet and stylish at the same time. This is a really cute matching tie set and the concept alone makes it a fun option for father and son outfits. The pattern is subtle and classic, which I appreciated because it does not feel overly trendy or novelty. It works well for dressier occasions like weddings, church, holidays, or family photos. The silk has a smooth feel and a nice sheen that looks good both in person and in pictures. The kids’ tie was great and fit exactly as expected. It tied easily and looked adorable once on. The adult tie is where I ran into a limitation. The length is definitely on the shorter side. My husband is 5'11" and the tie was only long enough to comfortably do a single Windsor knot. Anything bulkier, like a double Windsor or another fuller knot, would have made the tie far too short and sit awkwardly high. If you prefer a thicker knot or like your tie to hang lower, this is something to be aware of. For coordinated photos or a one-time event, it still looks nice and does the job. What a great set to have!! My son and I matched this weekend and it was just an awesome moment. Usually if he wants to match daddy, we have to get close enough on colors. But this set brought a big smile to his face! Pure excitement! The ties are made really well as well. I was expecting cheap quality, but they're not. They're some of the best ones I have. By far the best one my son has. The cufflinks are a great match of subtlety. Same for the pocket squares.
