Do not buy this tablet! It gets overheated really fast which is concerning especially if it’s for little kids. We weren’t even using it for that long and it got hot super quickly that we needed to give it constantly breaks and every time it did the same. I tried turned it off completely and other things and still the same. I contacted their customer service and asked for a replacement, I was asked to use it in a “cool” environment and to limit the applications that I was using (which I was using just one app and indoors). You buy a product and they are telling you you need to use it under certain limitations and conditions???, are you serious? If you are going to do that, then you need to update your product description and include that. After that they asked me to do a factory reset, after I spent a long time setting everything up for my upcoming trip and test it again. No thank you, I don’t have the time to do all that, if it’s new and it’s already giving me an issue since day 1 it’s already a red flag that is NOT a good product. Stay away from this!
