Disclaimer: the scratches in the picture were caused by me not knowing how to use knife sharpening blocks properly like a month after purchasing. I was pretty annoyed with my self but you live and learn. I have had these knives for three years as the title says. I cook almost every single night. When I bought them I read through all the reviews and most users were complaining about rust or broken handles upon delivery. These never rusted because I took care of them properly. Wash them, then dry them, then Put them away. My kids sometimes made the mistake of washing them and letting them sit to air dry and surface rust spots did appear but you just take a metal scrubby and scrub it off and it’s as good as new. I made a cedar knife block for them and they have never failed me. I keep them sharp and clean and the wood on my knives never broke. When my original knives were delivered I did receive some damaged ones and the customer service was amazing! I even had a chance to give them some suggestions on how to keep the knives from being damaged when shipping and they seemed receptive and were very kind about it all. I got my replacement knives and couldn’t have been happier. Take care of the wood handles by periodically rubbing them with food grade Butcher Block Conditioner. It keeps them looking brand new and prevents them from drying out. I am leaving this review because I am coming back today to buy another set. After three years I have somehow managed to lose some, I have no idea where they went but we just moved and for some reason 4 of them have vanished. I was so happy to find that they still are selling these knives as they have easily become my favorite set.

I was reading reviews in order to buy a really good set of knifes, I found this ones on Amazon with a reasonable price and after reed the reviews I decided to buy them, but when I saw them on my hands I was shocked out with the quality, looks and confort , super nice, elegant and super sharp, I’m super happy with those knifes and I high light recommend them

These knives are beautiful. Came razor sharp tested them on a sheet of paper and was slicing realy thin slivers off the paper without blade catching the paper. Only issue i had was that they were not real damascus. That is not the companies fault that is mine I should of read the description better. Other than that I will be testing these knives out to see how well and long they hold an edge. Will update review after I use them for a while. Update. Had these knives for while now. They have heard an edge Farley while qnd are easy to sharpen. I have used these knives alot and I can say I've had no issues with them follow directions when it comes to cleaning. Wash by hand after use and dry them well to prevent rust. I've had no rust or fading of the handles.

Look how well they go in my kitchen! They are very sharp, durable, and easy to handle. I don’t recommend putting them in your dishwasher. My daughter had put one through a load of wash and the handle just doesn’t feel the same. It didn’t ruin it. Other than that I’m in love with these.
