Heats up fast and cools down pretty fast after use. Super easy to clean if you just put some clean water in after you're done cooking and fully rinse while the pot is still on( just a little, you don't need a lot fr) also it's not super big and clunky, so it's pretty lightweight. So far I’m loving it. I like square pans because things fit better I feel but it’s so difficult to find square pans so this was a great discovery. Not complaining but I wish there was a wider selection of watts available. This did fine for the grits I made today as my first attempt. I’m looking forward to frying something food soon to see if it does as good of a job. I hadn’t used the steam basket but I’m sure it’ll work as expected. The basket is deep enough for me to place an Asian rice bowl in it to test it. It looks like it’ll fit lots of my bakeware too. Thanks

It’s excellent except that it only has to heat setting, so it’s hard to properly adjust for the right temperature, if you’re not watching your food it will burn fast or not cook properly. What I do to compensate for this is once it’s hot and I feel it’s cooking too fast, I turn it off, for a minute or two once it cools to a warm I turn it back on since it heats really fast. It’s scary washing it because under the pot has holes and the electric wiring is there so you have to be very careful washing it. Other than that I thing it’s good.

Totally love this product and the fact it has a steaming basket is perfect! The cook ability is perfect; boils, saucers, fries and toasts very well! Size is perfect to cook for 2-4 ppl. No stickiness as it BEST to either get a very soft non-abrasive scrubber like Mr clean ones. Not the scrub buddy. Or wipe out with just a wet cloth is best to NOT scratch the pot bottom. The heating capacity is of 2 temperatures, which is good. Pot is great and easy to transport to an Airbnb or hotel or college or home. Make sure to carry the plug, steaming basket and this one came with a bamboo/rubber spatula.

I was very excited to receive this cooker. Upon taking the pot out of the package I heard a loose piece fumbling around. Days later a washer piece fell out. The hot pot worked well the first two weeks. Then I noticed it began smoking through the power button on the handle with an electrical burn smell. Parts of the handle were hot to the touch and bubbling up through the pot material. Only the highest setting lights up to work now. Feels too soon for this to not be working at full capacity. I wonder if it's too late for a refund or replacement.
