Let me first say what these blinds are not. They are not heavy duty (i.e. thick slats, thick braiding). I'm not sure they would be appropriate in a room where they would be abused or get heavy use opening, closing, up, down. That said, however, I will say there were PERFECT for my installation. I purchased four blinds which were easily installed in two guest rooms. The rooms are occupied infrequently so I am not concerned about heavy use. They were easy to install. We did have one question and called their tollfree number. The person was personable and helpful. The problem was user error and was easily remedied. I was so pleased with how they transformed the look of the guest rooms that I ordered two more for the garage. There they will not be raised or opened. They will remain down and closed. They made that space look so good I was forced to clean my garage! They are certainly worth the price which was far less than what I would have paid at a big box home improvement store. They arrived in solid packaging. The fact that the company offers so many sizes was a real plus because I needed three different sizes for my job. These blinds look fantastic, are super easy to install, feel high quality for a faux wood blind, and are easy to raise/lower with one hand. I would recommend 5/5 once we got through some initial confusion caused by the wrong installation instructions being sent with the blinds. 8 of the 9 blinds we ordered had the wrong instruction sheet that referenced mounting hardware for a different model (M723) instead of the M734 that was shipped. We initially thought the wrong mounting hardware was sent but with some googling, found the correct instructions online. After the first one was hung, the rest took 5-10 mins each including unboxing, measuring, drilling primer holes, and mounting. ... show more

I rarely write reviews, but I have used these in every window of my house and I could not be more happy! The pure white is exactly that. Pure bright clean fresh white. The valance is such a pretty but simple design. They are so easy to install And the bottom piece makes it so easy to lift them up and pull it back down even my extremely wide and long ones. Definitely affordable and I did a lot of comparison shopping. Those strings always seem to break on my blinds making only one side go up so the no string function of lifting up and down is just wonderful! They block light perfectly even with the white. I bought this set of blinds in a 60" x60" size for a bay window. It's pretty heavy, but came with nice support brackets to keep it well supported and in general, I think this is a very nice set of blinds. I had hoped to shorted the blind to the length I needed as one was once able to do, but was told doing so would invalidate the warranty. This is a result of the cordless feature for lowering and raising the blind. Somehow, this doesn't feel like progress to me. I would like to remove 3 or 4 slats because I am left with a large gap at the bottom, which doesn't afford me the privacy I would like to have. I have experimented with creating different positions for the bottom of piece, but have not been able to avoid the gap. Oddly, the two smaller sets I ordered for the smaller side windows don't have the same size gap Just thought buyers should be aware of this issue. I did order two more small pairs to use in another room. The quality is good, but the gap is problematic. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: They are the best - I bought many of them. Fast shipping, GREAT quality blinds at a price I think is too low for what you get. Strong brackets - easy to install, smooth operating. Easy to clean. I'd give them 10 stars if that was an option.

Fantastic blinds. Easy to install, and they look much nicer than the usual 1" blinds. They are much thicker and stronger than the usual 1" blinds also. They had a ton of sizes so it was easy to get the perfect fit for my windows. Will be buying some more.

They're very nice and seem durable. I think I'm good at operating things, but these are a little difficult to raise or lower. I bought them for a rental, and hopefully, they'll work out. If I'd realized they operated this way, I'd have purchased another brand.
