I read a lot of reviews, because Amazon said it was frequently returned. Many people said difficulty putting the clips together. It was super easy, just clipped them together put them on and popped them up. They were up in minutes. The magnet is very strong! I had it slightly crooked so to adjust it I had to pull very hard to get the magnet to move. I highly recommend this product, especially for the price. I am planning on getting them for my other metal doors. The first two photos were at night time when I put them up from inside and outside. Bought two for a French metal back door with glass. The magnet is super strong and you can't take it off after put them on! You can still move it around to adjust the position of the blinds. It will leave some black marks on the door when you move them, but can be easily cleaned off using some alcohol prep pad. Highly recommended if you don't want to drill holes on your metal door and pay a bit extra (33 vs 11). ... show more

Seems sturdy enough but I am going to have to ask someone else to figure out how to affix it to the door. My last one didn't even need instructions - installation was intuitive and completed in under 3 minutes. The instructions are ridiculous and the antithesis of intuitive.
