Overall a decent lift but the packaging was terrible. All of the parts were thrown together in one box and then covered in a nylon type bag. The contents mixed with the other parts and damaged the surface on multiple pieces. The are no instructions, just a diagram with numbers of which many I could not read. The diagram also has errors. For example, there are two metal straps that bolt to the base and the upright. The diagram shows them on the inside of the frame which is wrong. The video shows them on the outside which is correct. The hardware was all dumped together in a bag. Fortunately the bag was intact. The hardware was annoying because the bolt heads and the nuts are different sizes. I guess you can only have one set of wrenches in China. Watch the video on the Amazon page as it will save you some time.

I actually haven’t used the product yet but the fact that their assembly instructions say “assemble as shown in the picture” has me concerned about the quality. Even the picture, which is supposed to identify which bolts, etc to use where, the print is so small and ink bled together it really makes it worthless. I’ll check back once I’ve used it.
