I love the look of this lamp! At first I was disappointed because I thought it wasn’t dimmable like it is marketed. Then I read the instructions and realized it is (always read the instructions lol)! My only suggestion is to make the cord longer. It’s the perfect lamp for a corner behind a couch or chair, but the only way to turn it on and off is the foot pedal. The cord is too short to be able to have it behind anything. So I will have to find a different lamp for my living room. But no worries, it will go perfectly in my vanity room ... show more

I would have liked it to go a bit dimmer. I have it for my massage room and the lowest it goes seems too bright. I modified it by taping a black strip of tape down the entire length to block some of the excess light.

I am trying to contact the seller to request another lamp as one is cool & one is bright, but I have not had a response. The lights don’t dim, which is fine because I don’t need them to, but otherwise, the lamps are perfect, I love the design & the light that they give despite the issues. EDITED: the switch button works but you have to only press it lightly for on/off. Great customer service! The seller contacted me 24h after my review to follow up with the issue. I'm not returning the lamp. ————————————————— I bought this for my living room. It fits in the corner out of the way & warms up the room. For warming up is good but don't expect a lot of light coming from it. The on/off switch only worked when it was first assembled. Now we have to plug & unplug the cord everytime to turn the light on & off. I'll return it since I don't think it'll last long. ... show more
