Description

The DCM200B 20V MAX XR 18in Bandfile (Tool Only) provides More Power Than Pneumatic for tough commercial applications rotating up to 5,600 Ft/Min with 732 MWO. This power is controlled with a variable speed trigger and speed setting dial. A 104° Rotating Contact Arm enables the user to take full advantage of the portability and versatility and to access hard to reach spaces. Coupled with a Rotating LED to help illuminate the workspace and tool- free belt change the DCM200 provides user convenience, mobility and versatility. Lastly, the DCM200 18in Bandfile utilizes DEWALT's 20V MAX system, it joins 300+ products in the 20V MAX line, each engineered to meet the specific needs of demanding trades. Based on MWO, using DCBP034 battery (sold separately) vs. pneumatic-powered Dynabrade Dynafile 14000, 14010 Abrasive Belt Tools. This little guy fits in there to remove a little wood. Also I used to sharpen an axe, very efficient as I went thru the different belts to get edge just right after removing knicks and burs. Super satisfied with this variable-speed belt sander. It has performed well while working through automotive spot welds and has held up well under consistent use. The tool is easy to maneuver, which allows for good control in tight areas. Belt replacement is simple and efficient. Initially, I thought a cover was missing but the open design is intentional and makes belt replacement quick and hassle-free. Where I begin with this little tool… I bought it to initially install a bunch of handles on road cases that I was repairing, but have since found multiple uses for this little sander! Works so well that you will actually find reasons to use it!

Holy cow I love this thing! I service all kinds of commercial doors in hospitals and office buildings and there are a lot of times when you need to grind down some metal or wood and this thing makes quick work of that especially with a good course belt on it. And yes, it grinds down metal really fast. Seriously I absolutely love this thing. I’ve been using it a lot and it makes things so much easier. It’s so much faster. Highly recommend getting it off this store. Price compared to brick and mortar stores can’t be beat. Extremely happy with tool. Manual blows so don’t expect any great use tips. Recommend starting out at a slow speed on wood and working up. Otherwise, you can quickly sand to deep and leave marks.
