Description

Circular Saw is designed to make accurate cuts quickly. With a blade oriented to the right of the motor and a top handle position design, this circular saw is built for ease-of-use on challenging jobsites. This saw comes equipped with an electronic brake that helps stop the blade when the trigger is released. This durable, high- performance circular saw provides smooth, accurate cuts and a bevel capacity of 57° with stops at 45° and 22.5°. Battery and charger sold separately.

Easy handling and lightweight based on your strength of course with the battery. I really like the framing hook. I always wear ear protection but ran it just to here if it was louder than other DeWalt battery circular saws I have been around. Seems to be just below or on par. I have a Makita that is heavy, but it’s a very good circuit saw and being faced with challenges of it being corded, I decided to look for a battery option. Since my battery set is all DeWalt I found this DCS590 to fit in with my tool set very well. I bought the DWE575DC dust adapter that is said not to be made for this model or fit, but that’s incorrect. The adapter fits the DCS 590 perfectly. ... show more

Have always loved my DeWalt XR tools. Have plenty of circular saws but they are all old and have issues. Not to mention having to deal with a cord can be a pain especially when you just need to make one quick cut for a small project. Budgeted the purchase of this into my kitchen remodel and couldn't be happier with it. Has already gotten tons of use with that project and still cuts perfectly. Bought this September 23 2025. Motor runs great, blade is securely tightened with the nut, blade will spin as it should, tried to cut half inch underlayment, blade stops spinning but the motor is running great. Removed the battery, hand spin the blade and there is a clicking sound inside. Assuming the gears/clutch are stripped? ... show more
