At first I only received the table and I was so upset but everything else arrived a few days later. My carrier must have separated the boxes. The table and chairs were so easy to put together and is perfect. I’ll probably get different cushions, just my preference but very nice.

Bought this patio set on sale. Unfortunately, I put the table up last just to find out that the bars for the table top are bent causing an uneven surface. It’s unsightly and unacceptable considering it’s brand new out of the box. Too much of a hassle to break down all the chairs and table to send back for refund. I just put it in the corner. Please buyer be ware!! This Patio furniture sucks

The good: amazing set for the price. Truly. Nine piece patio dining set for a small fraction of the price of nice (read EXPENSIVE AND OVER PRICED) patio furniture you’d get from a big box store or backyard brick and mortar store. All pieces store smartly under the table, flush. A matching cover that fits perfectly over the stowed set can also be purchased on Amazon - also inexpensive! This was a good buy and we are super happy with it. The “eh” could be better: came up four bolts short. I am very good at and disciplined with these types of things so literally, it was four bolts short. But even better bolts were available from Amazon for a couple bucks. Assembly was ok to good - I give a range there as I’m good at it so without power tools, bits, etc., assembly would be a pain. We have a matching set, loveseat, chairs and coffee/drink table and assembly on it was difficult. This set much better. The cushions are “eh” and my gal doubles them up. Patio furniture seat cushions are not cheap so we may try to find a couple of something at a Marshall’s type of store or something. Summary: 5 star review because it is a great value. Getting lots of use out of it. But if you have doubts about your ability to assemble, don’t have a cordless drill with Allen bit, or don’t have someone to assemble for you, consider purchase carefully.

First, it’s important to know I would consider myself an expert at putting together any product of this type. I have put many different items together and worked through many issues but over was able to succeed. I opened the first box and organizing the pieces for set up. Upon setting up the first chair, I got to the third screw and it would barely engage. I took the chair apart, cleaned the inside with a wire brush, and attempted to renegade the screw by screwing inwards and outwards going to clear whatever was blocking it. It literally stripped one screw before completely breaking the weld on the chair itself leaving the screw stuck inside. Pretty bummed this happened. Hoping to receive replacement pieces to fix this. Nervous though that even if I do, that was only the third screw. Overall, the quality is extremely poor. I’m unable to put even one chair together due to poor manufacturing. The worst part has been dealing with the seller to return. Return policy states I’m able to return the item. The seller “approved” my return but then asked me if they could send a replacement instead as it’s easier for them. It’s not about what’s easier for you, it’s about this product being poorly made and not what was advertised. Now instead of sending return labels they’re asked for pictures to verify. Pictures were already sent at the beginning of communication. Now the seller isn’t responding. Terrible product, terrible service.
