This set looks nice. It’s a little low to the ground but not terrible. Cushions don’t stay up and blow away easily. I will probably have to attach double sided Velcro or something to keep them on the rattan. The little hooks that are supposed to keep the bottom cushions in place rip off very easily. Assembly instructions are vague, but Can be figured out, and after the first chair, the rest are pretty easy. They provide a wrench for the screws, and others have said to attach a hex bit to a drill, be we had a hard time fitting a drill into those tight spots where the screws go. Also the glass on the table would not adhere to the suction cups, so I am a little worried about it sliding off the table. We split our set up around our firepit until we get a few more pieces we want for our patio, so we put the table to the side of one of the double chairs. In all, it looks nice and are comfortable. Only time will tell how sturdy they are, and how well they hold up. ... show more

I ordered this patio set last month and received it within 7 days of ordering and It arrived in 3 boxes. My husband and I would have had this put together within 3 -4 hours if everything would have been ok with all of the pieces. After making sure that we had everything, we used the enclosed the wrench and a power drill and following all instructions that came with the set. Right at the end of the assembly the frames of 2 of the side panels and 2 main of the chair frames did not match up with the screw holes no matter what we did, and one of the seat covers was coming apart so we took pictures of everything that did not align and sent an email to customer service. The first thing they asked was for pictures so it's a good thing we took them; but then it was a lot of back and forth emails and more requests for proof of defect, it was almost upsetting. After waiting for a week or so for all of the replacement parts to arrive, we finally completed putting our patio set together. I love the color and the price was right for the amount of pieces we have. It could be little higher off of the ground but I'm short so it's ok for me. But if you are over 5'8 you may not be comfortable with it. The seat cushions are just ok and not really cushy and I can see my self adding more padding in the very near future in my opinion it will be needed if you are sitting on it daily. I will be dressing it up with more pillows, a rug and re arranging it around. Other than that the customer service stood by their word in making everything right on their end and I didn't have to be refunded, I'm satisfied with the outcome. ... show more

The product is beautiful and sturdy. Very classy and expensive appearance. Read the small print... It comes in 3 boxes, 2 delivered on 1 day, 3rd to be delivered shortly thereafter, So Be Patient... Instructions are off-base, but pr I duct is well worth it🤩

Two boxes came one day then the third a couple of days later. The price is super awesome and there’s many ways to adjust it (setup). Yes it’s lower that I expected but once again for the price it’s perfect! Just be patient while putting it together.

For the quality, the price point is a little high, but it’s one of those things where if you want good quality outdoor furniture, you have to spend double or triple what this cost. When that isn’t an option but you do have *some* money to splurge, and need to fill an outdoor living space, this set is decent, has clean lines, and will last at least a couple of years. Negatives: • the red cushions faded quite a lot over the course of a year. We do get some bright late afternoon sun on our patio for a couple of hours, but our patio is covered and shaded most of the day. I don’t think the color should have faded as much as it did. • the back cushions are constantly flopping over. They are very light weight and thin. The slightest breeze will blow them around. • this set is pretty low to the ground. I am 5’3 and the seat does not even come up to my knees. The back is very short as well, only reaching about mid thigh. Positives: • relatively affordable, comparatively • the red is (was) the perfect shade of true red — not burgundy or orangey. • it’s perfect for the kids and has held up very well to all of their wear and tear. • adults can sit comfortably on it as well, if you don’t mind being low to the ground. I suggest if you purchase this to keep in mind that you will need to replace the cushions within a year or two. ... show more
