The sunscreen curtains slide super smooth, and the mosquito net attaches via velcro on top – it fits tightly with no gaps. I can leave the curtains half open for breeze, then close them completely when we want privacy. The 10'x12' size fits our big dining table plus a small grill cart. Only complaint: the instructions could use clearer pictures for the rail assembly, but we figured it out. Sturdy build, highly recommend.

This has to be the best quality gazebo, I’ve purchased. It took me and my husband several day to assemble because of the Texas heat and some hick up with understanding the instructional drawings. However the base structure appeals to very sturdy, and we anchored it in concrete. I just love the feel of the mosquito netting, it’s made from a hard plastic or rubber material. I haven’t even put up the patio curtains yet. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Great product very sturdy, roof is thin but strong enough. I haven't seen it in high winds yet, but I did lag it down. Great customer service, shipping damaged some roof but it was not there fault, got discount dye to it. Love it

Was very concerned about assembly/install after reading reviews. It wasn’t terrible. It took a solid 18 hours over a few days to get completed by myself, with my wife helping hold some things in place while getting the main frame together. There were a few times I struggled to get the screw holes on two pieces to align, but I loosened up other screws around it, got it aligned, then tightened everything back up. Don’t go drilling out holes - just leave most screws a little loose until you have a section completed, then tighten everything up. The instructions are just like Lego instructions and I didn’t have any issues figuring them out, though a few steps needed an extra minute or two to make sure I had them right. A few pieces had some dents upon arrival, but nothing terrible. It rained lightly just after I finished install, and I didn’t see any leaks through the roof. The gutters seemed to work, but there is a seam at the middle of each beam and it was streaming out there. I might run a bead of silicone over that seam. Overall, I’m happy with it for the price. We’ll see how well it holds up over a few seasons. **2 month update** We had a series of severe storms come through the area, with 5 confirmed EF-1 tornadoes in the next county over. Multiple trees in our neighborhood were downed during the storm, including 1 at each of 2 neighbors’ houses. The gazebo was perfectly fine. At each corner post I have it lag bolted through our wooden decking into the frame of the deck, using 5/16” x 3 1/4” stainless lag bolts. **6 month update** Heavy Midwest winter has wrapped up and the gazebo held up great, even through periods of very heavy snow and ice accumulation.

Looks good and beautiful .The base plate that secures the post to the ground is not welded together. It is screwed on to the main post with three screws.Too many parts ,screws to assemble.Roof panels are taped up with some sort of clear tape that is hard to remove and you have to scrape it off with a sharp object and it leaves marks on your panels. Also the top where the panels of the main roof is secured,the metal channel is very flimsy and weak.It is a beautiful gazebo but these things needs to be corrected.One of my panels was damage.Overall,it is a beautiful gazebo.some parts of it is well constructed. Thick and strong curtains and beautiful colors.

Read the directions and a couple guys can do it in like 3 to 4 hours. Get some tools and be patient. Easy!!!
