Not sure if they work. I heard CLA can help reduce belly fat. I bought these because they are vegan. They create smelly burps and urine, so I don't like to take them often, just being honest. But you probably have to take them often to see a reduction in belly fat.

I just recieved this about a week ago, so I dont have long term experience yet. But, so far I seemed to be satified with it, no problems or issues. I would buy it again. I would give it 5 stars but, I feel that I need to be taking this a bit longer.

I started taking safflower oil pills on the recommendation of a ballet teacher for the post workout benefits. I switched to this product when I needed to refill. I take 2-3 pills a day (recommended dose is up to 3), for about two weeks now. Though I wasn't taking this specifically for weight loss I have noticed a difference in my body, a slight slimming not related to workouts. I love these and it's so amazing that they are vegan! I feel like they really help with muscle toning. I received these quickly and will definitely be ordering again from this seller when the time comes. It sligtly improves metabolism, but the claim that it helps you retain muscle mass is 100% false, it did nothing to inhibit muscle breakdown in calorie deficit for leaner individuals like me. so it is a 90% scam.

This product took 4 weeks to get to me. I took one in the morning and I was very tired at night. It says to take it morning ,noon, and night. But I only took it once a day.
