If I could give this company a zero stars I would. To start off, I placed an order after double checking the listing for a brake pad set with rotors for a 2001 Toyota sequoia back in the end of September of 2022. Im writing this review in December 21, 2022 because this is when Detroit axel finally decided to issue a measly refund of $42 for a full set of brake pads front and rear. I returned their product that did not fit my vehicle even though the listing stated it was for my vehicle. After I contacted them the same day I received my order to let them know that the parts did not fit my vehicle due to Toyota making a 4x4 and 4x2 version of my vehicle. They offered zero resolution except to let me know that their system showing that there’s only version of the suv. I was told that a supervisor would be in contact with me multiple times by Detroit axle. I never received a single call from a supervisor. I returned the products the same week after them not offering me any resolution, refund, or exchange. It also took them several day between messages to even get back to me. Fast forward 2 months, several complaints, calls with Amazon, multiple claims to try to get a refund after I returned their product and Detroit axle wanted to only refund $25 for a full set of brake pads. I purchased them for $250 with taxes btw. I received no help from Amazon or Detroit axle. I received zero compensation from Detroit axle or refund for months. I now get a notification that Detroit axle issued a $42 refund after months. Do not buy from this company. They should not be allowed to sell on here if they have zero customer service skills and zero accountability. I can’t even fit all of it into this review that happened or else you would be sitting here for a full to read it all. To this day I still have not received any call or message from a supervisor, manager anybody to actually solve this issue correctly. They sure kept the $250 for a long time before issuing any type of refund though. Will never buy from them again and most likely won’t shop from Amazon again either with the way they handled this.

I bought two complete sets, front and back, for Pathfinder 2014 and for Sequoia 2004. They fit as original at the fraction of price. The braking is good so far.
