abunda_amazon_reviews I normally don't leave feedback, but because this was so bad I felt it was necessary. This is the second one of these in a week - the first one I thought I made a mistake on installation and damaged it. So I ordered and payed for another. The first one the lower fan bolts wouldn't engage in the threads, so I bought some 1/4" longer bolts. Looking at the connection on the top of the radiator there was plenty of room for these to thread in and not impact the radiator. The bottom is blind. When I attached the bottom, it drilled a hole in the radiator. I thought this was all me, so I ordered and payed for a second one. When the second one arrived, I did some on bench testing. With the correct length bolt, due to the design of the new trapped nut, it is impossible to attach the lower fan connections. The new trapped nuts engage in the bolt thread a full 1/8" deeper, and will not grab when the fan is in place. In addition, you cannot use the old hardware (trapped nut) due to the design of the area that traps the new nuts. In addition to this, the temp sensor on the original unit was copper/steel. The new is a threaded plastic area. The temp sensor has three fine threads of engagement. With one finger on a 4" wrench, the plastic threads stripped. I am normally a Denso fan and seek out their products. After this I don't know if I will ever use another Denso product.;;Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2018;;1.0 out of 5 stars;;Does not fit as original, not original quality;;Victor;;;I ordered this for my 2001 Acura MDX, after trying to purchase the Acura replacement part from a dealership online. The first, and second radiators from the dealer showed up crushed or bent. This radiator was much better packed (double boxed), and showed up pristine, even though the foam supports in the inner box had worked loose and were scattered. The price gets 5 stars, it was significantly less expensive than the Acura part. Unfortunately, there are some negatives. Instead of a captive nut for mounting the fans, this part uses clip in U nuts. After I got the radiator in, a few of the bolts at the top would not engage because the U was not sufficiently clamped or the spacing is now different. This was easily solved by using pliers to crimp the U so that the threads were close and engaged the end of the bolt. For the bottom nuts, it was even worse. Only one of 4 engaged. I had to purchase longer metric bolts and use them to "pull in" the U nut. Then I could use the factory bolts. Therefore, the radiator gets 1 star for "First Time Fit". Finally, I am skeptical of the quality compared to the Denso Acura part. The threads for the temp sensor are plastic. They use a metal insert on the Acura part.;;Reviewed in the United States on December 11, 2016;;3.0 out of 5 stars;;"Denso First Time Fit"??????;;Ray;;;Worked great for my 2005 Pilot.
