Okay, I will start off saying I passed my test! Yay! BUT BUT BUT it was not a good experience. I would like to say a few do's and don'ts if you are thinking of using this product to pass your test. I, like you read thru all the reviews and thought id give it a try. I purchased 2 bottles, one to try the day before (and got some at home tests) and one for the day of. Which brings us to our first do NOT. I do not recommend buying two. You will do just fine the day of. Why you ask? Well if im being honest it made me not want to do it the next day. Just buy one, you will be fine. Next I just want to say I am a 5'10 150 pound female, not a lot of body fat, and I had stopped smoking 3ish weeks before my test. I was a daily smoker, for about 2 years. Next, this did not give me the "poops" if you will. BUT it did literally almost make me puke due to the amount of liquid you have to drink. O M G it was so bad i was crying and walking around outside trying not to puke. Maybe I drink it to fast but wow that was the worst part of it all. For my test if I got a "dilute" it was a fail.. so I was very nervous about that. So if you are also scared of that this is what I did. Like I said I passed, but when I handed the guy my pee it was barley yellow but I guess what I did worked!! So first, my test was at 3:00 pm so I finished the drink and the refill around 12:30. After my tummy settled I ate two eggs & a small glass of milk. I peed a few times at home and used my at home tests to make sure it was working. Then I chugged about 16 oz of tomato juice (so gross) but I read that tomato juice, milk and any high protein meal helps you not have diluted urine. I also popped a b12 around 12:00 pm. Not sure if that does anything but I wanted to make sure I did all the things to not only pass but not give a diluted sample. I got there and did my thing, like I said it was pretty clear but I passed!! I really do recommend this to anyone who needs to pass their test, but just make sure you follow the directions and maybe don't drink it so fast LOL Also I put it in the fridge overnight and it helped with the taste. I bought this to help me pass an upcoming pre employment screening. I did a trial run before my screening and this is what I found. First of all, I am male, 22 years old, weigh about 155 lbs, and was a daily smoker for months before I began abstaining. At this point I have not smoked for over 3 weeks, and have been taking multivitamins and pushing water that entire time. Based on the reviews I read I thought what little thc that should be left in my system should easily be taken care of by this stuff. I took a control test at 2:30 PM and was still showing positive. I began the drinking the megaclean at around 2:45 PM. I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor, it wasnt nearly as bad as some were saying, although it does have a bit of a funky aftertaste. I finished the whole thing in about 20 minutes or so, refilled the bottle with water like it says to do and finished that around 3:30 PM. It didnt give me any nausea or stomach pains, other than I felt very bloated given I had just drank 64 oz of fluid. However it did give me liquid diarrhea for around 30-45 mins, not painful, just liquid. I began my tests to see if it works at 4:30 PM. As you can see in the picture, positive. I was using easy@home tests, and I also tried an equate test at 5:30. This one showed the faintest of faint negative line, barely (and I mean BARELY) visible. I tried again with the easy@home tests at 6:30, 7:45, and 9:00 PM. All of them as you can see showed positive without even the slightest hint of a negative line. I bought two bottles, so I will likely try again the day of my screening, but most likely I will have to fake it. Im very disappointed, don't waste your time and money like I did thinking this works. If when I try again on my screening day and get different results, I will add an edit to this review, but as of now I do not believe this works. Edit: It worked! Barely. But it worked. I had my test a week after my trial run, (it got rescheduled due to me and the nurse scheduled that day falling ill). I did pretty much the exact same procedure, except this time I drank it slower, I couldn't chug it down as easily due to some major anxiety I was feeling. I gave myself 3 different tests before going into the real thing, the negative lines were faint but present. At the clinic was the same result, VERY faint negative line but a negative result nonetheless. The nurse actually called over another nurse to double check it, they were on the fence about it I think but they called it negative. I don't know why it didn't work the first time, but second times the charm I guess. The first picture is from the trial run, the others are from the day of the actual test. The camera barely even picks up the lines on the 15, 50, and 100 ng/ml tests but they are there. ... show more
