I spent hours reading reviews while filled with crippling anxiety when I found out I got pulled for a random. With that, I decided to leave a review for those that are going through the same miserable process trying to find some relief in words. I will start with this, this 1000% works of done right, this is the second time it worked for me, but this time I was in a real bad situation. Here is my timeline and what I did, and I love to hold my senior technical management position: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, I smoked a weed pen. I took ~4 hits a night, I drank a thc drink two weeks earlier, and I hadn’t had anything for awhile before that. I am 6’2” 210lbs and not in great shape, but not obese by any means. Sunday- I started using activated charcoal, 2tbsp, one in the morning with water and one at night. I was just doing this to help get the THC out quicker. Note, there is some truth to using activated charcoal, but it’s not a miracle drug that works overnight. Monday - same activated charcoal routine, I sat in a sauna to relax, and worked out. Tuesday - I got a call first thing in the morning informing me that I had a drug test. My heart absolutely sank, I figured I was completely done. The worst anxiety you could ever imagine. I continued my activated charcoal routine, I bought time and knew my drug test was going to be Thursday morning (incredibly lucky) Wednesday - I bought a few drug tests, two raw bitter organic cranberry juices, and one of these detoxify drinks. I took a test, failed. I drank a cranberry juice at 6pm followed by a lot of water to the point where I was peeing every 30 mins or so, before bed I tested again, failed. Thursday (very important timeline to be followed) my test was at 08:30 I woke up at 0530, I drank a cup of water, I followed by drinking the entire detoxify, filled the bottle with water as instructed and drank it. I drank a cup of cranberry juice and followed with a cup of water. Everything was evacuated from me, and at 08:00 I went to the facility. I had to pee once more right when I got there so I did before I went in. It was weird because I didn’t have to pee at all after that which made me worried. I drank four cups of water when I was there and I finally peed. When I did, it was almost the color of yellow Gatorade which was weird because it was almost clear prior which I figured was the drink working. A few days passed and our company won’t notify you if you passed, which is the worst. But I found that the facility had a website to check the status. I looked at the status today (the following Tuesday) and it said my results were reported and finalized….. I can not believe it, but I passed. The sense of relief I had was incredible. The cost of this drink? Worth every single damn penny when it comes to saving your job. You have to try to buy time and follow the instructions, if you can/do, you will pass! Good luck, breathe, and know that this worked for some of us and it can for you.

Do not put your freedom/liberty/job opportunity in the hands of this crap. Let's just say I was trying to detoxify myself from a toxin which isn't even fat soluble, which means all the water I drank, not to mention the pre cleanse capsules should've at least have made some difference....it made none The day of test (10am) I drank the drink & followed the instructions to a T. As u can see in the pictures this product had absolutely ZERO EFFECT. The only reason I'm even here to type this was because I wasn't tested.

I have bought 3 or 4 of these and it passes panel and lab test. Same day fix, I don’t know but 4 to 3 days out from the test, drink a 64oz cranberry on day 1, drink this detoxify exacting word for word or it could fail. Do exactly what it says. Per 4 times or more. The more the better. Your cleaning yourself out. Just have a big water day. Drink 64oz that day. More if you need to be sure. Day 3 drink the sht out of apple juice and take Vitamin B12 so it not too deltoid. Perfect passing pee pee. If you have a schedule test day always stop early and clean your sht out and when you pass, on your way out the door spin around with gun fingers pointing back at the testing employees and wink because to beat there test and now your headed out for your reward to twist up a dream and get tail.

Recently moved from a legal state to a non legal one and had to detox for our new jobs. My wife and I both took the Mega Clean NT and both of us passed our drug screening perfectly. I stopped smoking 4 days before my test and my wife stopped 5 days before. Things to consider: You will need some THC drug test strips, pretty cheap on Amazon as well. Make sure to chill the drink in the fridge before drinking..will taste much better. On the day of your test, drink the whole drink as quickly as you are able to, took me about 30 minutes. After the drink is finished, take the pill and fill up the bottle with water and drink that FULLY. Everytime you go to the restroom make sure to test your urine with the test strips. Once you get two strips indicating negative results then head to the Lab to get the official test. Don't hesitate to got to the Lab as you'll need to go to go to the restroom again pretty soon and you dont want to pee yourself waiting to get your test done. Pretty straight forward! Good luck.
