It does the work but i don’t think I’ll do it again. The cramping hurts so much. I adjusted by taking one of the detox capsules one in the am and 1 before bed instead of the suggested 2 before bed. It spread out the time going to the bathroom more often but it lessened the hurt

I noticed a difference and it curved my cravings. But let me say the cleanser works very well. I took one at night and learned quick enough to wake up earlier before work to handle the cleansing part (stay near a toilet)

These pills do work! Water weight away: second time trying this. whenever I drink water I tend to feel very bloated and with these pills I have noticed that I do FEEL less bloated I still look it but don’t feel it. I do see visibly less cellulite around my stomach and thighs and my arms do look less swollen (Took one pill at dinner time) 15 day cleanse: to be completely honest they are not for the weak. It is miserable. I got a lot of stomach cramps and had to go to the bathroom every hour it seemed like. They are natural laxatives afterall. I’ve never done a detox before this and I can say despite the pain, and constantly needing to go to the bathroom (a little way too much) it did clean out my body. You feel the need to go to the bathroom immediately once you wake up in the morning and right after you eat, so prepare! I did start off having diarrhea then at one point my poop became green?? But don’t be alarmed that’s normal! It’s a lot of fiber going into your body and the I gradients being used to bring out a green color naturally. (Took one pill at bedtime) Complete detox matrix: to be honest I’m not really sure if I saw a difference with this pills specially. Because of the apple cider vinegar and its acidity I would feel a burning feeling in my throat and stomach and felt nauseous. I think it may have helped curb my appetite for junk food and sweets tho, but I think that may have just been because I felt nauseous after taking them. ... show more

The reviews about the effectiveness of the colon cleanser pills are very accurate. I took two pills on the first night around 6pm, and at 3am-- I was in full "discharge" mode! OMG, yes there is some pain involved, so these are not for the weak. Day two, same thing, I took two at 6pm, and this time the effects kicked in around 11pm. I don't see the effects of the water pills or ACV pills yet, but the colon cleanser is definitely worth it! ... show more

I have purchased this set quite a few times (I probably should just subscribe). The cleanse is the most effective product I've used, and I have taken just straight aloe vera pills before. The detox I find also helps curb hunger and craving due to the ACV in it and the water retention does what it says, and as a benefit it's good for your liver since it has dandelion (that is initially why I purchased it). This is my favorite natural products on the market I use their colon cleanse all the time I have had my large intestines removed but I still sometimes have problems going anyways the colon cleanse is wonderful you can use it for the whole 15 days and it is miraculous or you can use it for two or three days if you're just backed up and it's fantastic it does make you fart LOL so if you're married or you have a boyfriend you're going to have fun with that LOL but hey that's part of life and you got to do what you got to do and sometimes you got to fart LOL anyways these are really great products I'm telling you I love them and I actually seek them out at one point I couldn't find them and I was literally freaking out I keep a bottle of the colon cleanse on hand the water pills are great too the apple cider vinegar pills are great too I have almost all of them the gas pills are really really good if you're feeling bloated they really do devote you it's the only thing I found so far that actually work and I have that problem a lot to where my stomach will swell out giving me a pregnant appearance because I have tummy from surgery and after using those my tummy will lay down like it's supposed to and I feel much more comfortable in my own skin which is the most important thing to me so yep if you need something that works that's natural these are the best guys ... show more
