These taste great and they're not too gummy. I just wish they were not sugar-free, I do not like any kind of artificial sugar and Maltitol can cause bloating, gas or diarrhea. However, all of the cinnamon Gummies are sugar-free, and some contain erythritol as well which is worse for me. Cinnamon capsules don't work as well for me. These gummy's are excellent for keeping the weight off when taken several times a day with meals. I'm not telling you that you have to do that. You should definitely check with your doctor before taking massive doses of cinnamon especially if you are diabetic it could interfere with your medication. My experience with this product for weight loss is below if you would like to read on. I have borderline high blood sugar, so not enough to technically receive medication for it. I was given a trial of the blood sugar shots and I lost 10 pounds (finally down to my healthy weight - I'm very short so 10 lbs is 2 dress sizes) but my insurance wouldn't pay for my prescription after the trial so I started taking these. I take them if eat anything with a lot of sugar or carbs. I also take them first thing in the morning. So probably six gummy's a day. I was getting worried about the coumarin content which the manufacturer posted to my Q/A is 50 mg per gummy (because of the Cassia bark mostly) so I quit taking these and started the cassia free capsules about a month ago. Since then I have gained 3 pounds! So today I did a search on coumarin specifically and found that it's not really all that bad unless you're sensitive to it. You should definitely read up on that yourself, there are all kinds of interactions with medicine, etc. I need something to keep my weight down and this is the only thing I have ever tried that actually works consistently other than starving to death. The various diets, juicing, fasting, hyper diet pills, exercising, etc. all produced results for me in the first month or two, but did not work long-term. Once my body got used to whatever it was I was doing my weight would start creeping back up. I had been taking these cinnamon gummy's for 6 months with great results. After seeing what happens once I quit, I am 100% sure it is the cinnamon Gummies that is keeping my weight down because I haven't changed anything else. ... show more

I absolutely love the taste, smell and color of cinnamon. This product sounds like such a good thing to use - and there is no cinnamon taste. I was very disappointed.
