Works amazing! Used on several jobs for our detailing buisness and I wasn't disappointed. Only thing is on the hose they screwed it down too much and cracked it a little but other than that it works great. The suction definitely helps the drying process to speed up. It is bulky. It does get very hot and I recommend using gloves as the line that connects will burn you even with their heat guard on it. For the price it is worth it's value. It's way better than your small carpet spot cleaners. I love this extractor. It doesn't leak. Just wish they could build it into a more compact and more portable. Others than that the build quality is great.

I had high hopes for my first Mytee machine, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The extractor I received did not meet expectations at all — the performance was lackluster, and I quickly realized it wasn’t going to suit my needs. After attempting to return the unit in good faith, I was shocked to be hit with a 50% restocking fee from the seller, Detail King. That’s an outrageous amount, especially considering I returned the item promptly and explained that it simply didn’t perform as advertised. To add insult to injury, they claimed the machine was returned “dirty” — of course it had been used. You can’t evaluate a machine like this without running it first. How else am I supposed to find out it doesn’t work well? Overall, this was a terrible first experience with both the product and the seller. I expected far more from a company that markets to professionals. I won’t be buying from Detail King again, and I’d strongly caution others before doing so. Make absolutely sure you’re willing to eat a massive fee if it doesn’t work for you — because they won’t make it right. I ended up going with the HP120 directly from Mytee. Love it and it works great.

I like the size of the machine and weight. It also has heat, easy to fill , and only one cord. It does have decent suction also. I have used it for upholstery and carpet. Works great.

Pump went out after a few uses. It has been a struggle to get any sort of manufacturers warranty covered or answers. I have sent several videos, pictures as well as being sent to a random address with a house for sale to drop off product. I have now been asked to send more videos. This process is not efficient when I am trying to run a business and have been without a extractor for months now.
