I don’t really do reviews but here it is. I purchased this product to work from home. The process of getting everything to work was kind of aggravating. When this product arrived, the display port adapter wasn’t working, at least that’s what they thought was wrong with it. So they sent me another adapter which took a couple of days. I received the adapter but guess what?! It didn’t work either so I couldn’t use both of my monitors which was why I purchased this product in the first place. So they told me to ship the tower to them cause it could be the display port on the tower. It took like 2 weeks to receive the tower back. Once I received the tower back, the display port adapter had a shortage in it which I figured out myself. So basically I had to tell them it was the display adapter and that I needed a new one. But this time I purchased it online instead of receiving another one from the buyer. They also reimbursed my money back so that was cool. I received the display adapter and everything is working perfectly! Thank God!!

My husband and I bought this for our grandson he's been asking for this for a long time so we finally bought it to see his face when when we took it to him on Wednesday December 6th he took the wrapping off the box and screamed once his dad helped him open up the box that to us was the best thing for us seeing him begin to take the things out everything was just so nice the monitors etc,etc I can go and on this is a wonderful gaming gift for him because he love playing games.

The product has potential but I guess I got the bad apple. From day one this computer makes the same noise as my Mr Coffee coffee machine makes at the end of a fresh brew. I bought this computer to do my new part time work from home job. At that time, the Mr Coffee noise didn’t bother me that much cause I was only working 5-10 hours a week on it. However as COVID destroyed the cruise industry as well as my full time employment, the part time job was able to fill in the gaps. Now I’m sitting at that PC for 30-40 hours a week and the percolating was starting to get under my skin. I nicely reached out RefurbishedPC Store and got a swift reply from Kenneth who advised me that my purchase was outside of the 90 day window and that there is nothing he can do. I asked again thinking maybe an exception can be made as I am a first time customer and I’m not familiar with their policies or protocol. Moments later I get an email from what could be the worst customer service manager in the world, Alan. This guy began screaming at me via email. I have never been yelled at before by what is supposed to be a professional setting. They would not bend any rule or policy to offer me a working computer that won’t embarrass me in front of customers or fellow coworkers because I reported the issue outside the 90 day window. What this company doesn’t realize is that We are living in a pandemic, most of us have neighbors, family and friends that are dying. You have to think twice before you hug your elderly parent or your young child. Last thing on my mind was the 90 day window. However they seem to care more about policy than people and that is a real shame.

I was very pleased when my product arrived at least 1 week in advance, however when the shipment arrived the mouse was in pieces and the keyboard didn't function. I contacted the seller Blair Technology Group through the Seller Feedback tab. Then the next day, I contacted the company on the phone, because I didn't get a response on the feedback. At first someone hung up on me and I reluctant to call back. I was given the tracking number for my replacement items (the items were shipped due to my online feedback) which I had received yesterday. On yesterday, the system did shut down and I got the blue screen of death BUT..... The problem fixed itself and windows instructed me do not turn off. Today I am happy to say I am up and running smoothly.

I just receive my computer everything well packaged, everything the same brand pc and monitors both are the same one, new key board, new mouse, all new cable in individual packages for each product, Came in 2 days early. I was only missing the WiFi adaptor but I contact them by email they answer me like in 5 minutes and send me another one .. sooo happy with my purchase, make sure that you are buying from ...Blair technology Because there’s many different sellers..

I'm so grateful to have the two screens and an operating system as well as the mouse and keyboard that allows me to do a majority of my work at home, and for decent price. But, you get what you pay for. The pros: two screens with OS, decent price. The cons: keyboard with inconsistent keys (really annoying), the text on the screen bleeds (as you can see in picture) and it's even more annoying as I am typing this review that my backspace.button.just.sucks! Overall, it's functional but I am disappointed because with all the screen time that I am already doing for my job, the bleeding screen is making it worse :(

I am still getting to know this computer. Today I start my college career online so I will be testing it out tonight. I wish I had bought some speakers to go along with it otherwise it is awesome. And the place I bought it from are great too. I told them about how I couldn't get one of the monitors to attach to the base it wouldn't click down. They sent me another monitor right away it was an awesome experience.

This system is not meant for gaming. I have tried on my system to play World of Warcraft and Fortnite. It is not for that. It did work wonderfully for the Arise platform to work from home or office space. I loved the fact that it had an adapter already for the pc to connect to the internet, but it broke during movement to the office. Overall this is a good dual monitor system for the price.
