For the price it seems, so far to be a good buy. I do believe it's not Ashy color, more of the darker Gray. I'm thinking because it took longer for delivery, it might have been a replacement ? It did come with all the parts and instructions. Between my old Fella and Myself we made quick work of putting it together with no problems. It's light weight and comfy as long as one doesn't have to sit for many hours in it. It's not an "expensive" chair so you shouldn't over-expect it to be like a $200 one. For whatever reason my order was stuck in "order status" and couldn't figure out why it wasn't moving into shipping. Where was it? Couldn't track since it was stuck in order status. Got a bit nervous and edgy thinking I'd have to cancel and start all over to get it. Those who work Chat helped out and were great on getting things moving....Thanx again to all.

I used to buy used office chairs at the Michigan State University Surplus Store. I used to be able to get acceptable chairs for $10.00. I use an office chair a lot so I have to replace them every so often. Recently, when I went there to purchase a used office chair, the prices were much higher; it was going to cost $25 to $35 for a second hand office chair. So, I looked on Amazon and bought this one. It cost less than $30.00, admittedly, it was on sale and I had to assemble it. Don't know how long it will last, but I'm betting it works at least as long as any of the used office chairs I have purchased over the years.

Assembly was much more time consuming on this chair than on previous office task chairs I've bought. The base comes in 6 parts + wheels rather than all-in-one + wheels. That adds about 5-10 minutes to assembly. The arms are attached to the back first, then to the seat so that the back is not directly joined to the seat. This assembly method adds a few extra minutes also. The chair isn't "narrow" necessarily, but it certainly is not "wide" either. Armrests are a little low. Still, for the price, this is a good office chair. Back support is quite good, and the mesh back will prevent the chair from getting too warm after a long time of sitting.

I was very leery of this purchase for around $35 as I am used to larger high-back leather office chairs that cost 5-6 times as much but this chair is shockingly comfortable and durable, and it doesn't block everyting in sight like high-back chairs to, I rally like it !

Picked up two of these chairs for the kids rooms. They’re a great option and very budget friendly for what you get. The mesh material feels like it will hold up for quite a bit. Strong plastic frame and has tilt functions.

UPDATE: the company has been very responsive and quickly sent a replacement chair. It’s summer so my work load is light and it’s not getting as much use as normal, but so far the wheels are working well. I needed something smaller than my oversized executive-style office chair. This is fine. I've had it a couple months, if that, and I'm about to grease the wheels for a second time already. The wheels/casters are not great quality. Tend to drag sideways like a bad wheel on a shopping cart. But with some grease, they're OK for a while. Maybe just be sure to buy some WD-40, too.
