Designs for Health Vitamin D Supreme seems to live up to it's moniker- with useful amounts of vitamin K1 and K2, as they are required in proportion to the amount of Vitamin D for the D to be fully effective. This recent change in my supplement plan is driven partly by a book obtained from Amazon, by a retired MD, Alexander Doumenach, who cites a large range of detailed clinical research programs to provide guidance, in "Vitamin D Vitamin C Iodine: Why more is better". Recommended reading, especially if you have a medical or biology background.

I take this supplement as I live in the Northeast, have osteoporosis and GI absorption issues. Haven’t been tested yet for levels but I researched different brands and this one appears to be manufactured well. I will update this review after my next labs.
