My sister recommended I get this so I decided to read the reviews and try it. I suffer from some arthritis and my knee was bothering me because I walk so much. I started taking these and I noticed they were helping after a few weeks. It’s not immediately that they work. It takes time, but they definitely work & now I’m on auto ship. I won’t be without these. I prefer to take this product instead of Advil.

This a great product for inflammation but this bottle had 2 busted capsules so everything is covered in yellow turmeric. All the pills in the bottle and it gets on everything. It's a big mess. Really annoying for such an expensive supplement. Hope my next bottle is not like this or I'll find a different source.

This is my second jar of Designs for Health Curcum-Evail - Bioavailable Turmeric Curcumin & Proprietary Curcuminoid. I have a bad left knee, left ankle and left hand/wrist due to a war injury. After a week of taking this supplement, I went walking around the neighborhood. First day, it was 1/2 mile. By the 3rd day, it was 1 mile twice a day and by the 5th day, 1 mile three times a day, rain or shine. I know when I ran out of it (until I received this order) after a few days, the pain in the joints on my left side were coming back. And after a few days of again taking this supplement, I am back up to my new normal of 1 mile three times a day. All I know is that this works for me. It may even work for you. This supplement helped diminish (but not fully eliminate) ongoing shoulder pain. The softgel is large but easy to swallow. Only one other reviewer has mentioned this, so I wanted to state this again. Your urine will smell terrible while taking this. I mean, absolutely pungent. You've been warned.
