This light was pretty straight forward to install. It puts out a good amount of light compared to my old fixture. I love the way it looks, when looking for a new fixture I wanted a classic look, and in this fixture I think I found it. My only complaint is that it was shipped in its own box, no additional packaging. So, when it arrived, it was a little damaged and had a small, small scratch on it. This is my second time purchasing this product for a make up vanity. If you are planning to plug this into a wall outlet, you need to also purchase an extension cord. You will have to do a bit of cutting to splice the wires together. It’s very easy. Took me just a few mins. I have not mounted it yet because I don’t have a power drill but I’m hoping to get that soon. I appreciate that the packaging included the nails to mount it and the wire caps. It’s not really heavy, it’s very nice with the finish and the finish reflects more light. This is a really great value for makeup lights. Packaging was not what I would consider reasonably good quality. No real damage, but I usually expect better. Missing mounting screws, but I was able to make it work. The price is good, but this product is only average quality.
