Wow, this is beautiful! I’ve always wanted my own hardcopy set of these books because I had a set when I was a kid and I love them. When I saw this on sale I just had to get it. It came in perfect condition, no damages (you never know when ordering books on Amazon). I was skeptical of the trunk quality from reading other reviews, but it is a thick cardboard, probably not very durable if you intend on carrying it around, but it’s nice enough to store on a bookshelf and should hold up over time. The stickers are too cute and I love that they sent them to customize your trunk. 100% my favorite book set that I own (and I own a lot) ... show more

The manufacturing box it arrived in was very heavy duty! There was also extra heavy duty cardboard pieces around the box set. No damage at all to the cardboard chest and it’s honestly pretty nice! It does have a nice plastic locking system on front, but I think this would have been fantastic if it was a real wooden box! This set is such a huge love to any HP fan! I ordered it as a gift for my friend, but was sooo in love that now I wish someone would get me one:) First of all, the package arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. It was well packaged and everything was in great shape! My biggest gratitude goes to the designers of the box! What a magical piece! Some reviews mentioned it was flimsy cardboard. And yes, it is cardboard but very sturdy and firm, I wouldn't have noticed it was a cardboard if I hadn't read the reviews :) all the books were neatly stored in their order. And the sticker pack was just a cute bonus! Overall, I am above and beyond over this book set!!! Don't hesitate to order, it definitely worths every penny.
