I have tried the puppy shampoo in this brand at my groom shop and loved it so I decided to try to deshed shampoo. I've used it on 3 different dogs, diluting 16:1 first but noticed the dog didn't smell like the shampoo. So the 2nd time I diluted 10:1 and the 3rd time I didn't diluted the shampoo at all. I love the scent but none of the baths I've done with this shampoo resulted in a good smelling dog unfortunately (they didn't smell bad, just didn't smell like the shampoo like I'm used to) it did get the dogs clean, though. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve ordered one other conditioner from this brand before, but this gallon (I’m not sure if this specific kind is suppose to be like this) is extremely watery. It’s making me uncomfortable to even consider using.
