Absolutely love this machine! Great seller! Above and beyond customer service!! Im trying to get back into working out. So the affordability of this item is great and its easy to use. Especially in my 2nd floor apartment. Im about 5'5" and the length between the arm bars and knee rests is perfect. If your looking for a good starter piece of equipment that isn't to costly! This is one i would recommend!! Very sturdy. I dont feel as if Im going to tip over. So happy!!

really frustrated. My package got delayed two days, then the package arrived on my doorstep completely ripped open on one side. On top of it there were no instructions, all the bolts were mixed in a bag unlabeled, and a key part of the leg that rests on the ground was not in the package. So now i have to go buy a box and disassemble it after all that frustration just to return it. Pretty frustrated and dissapointed i was really excited to use this.

I love this workout machine !! It counts the amount that you do in a certain timing as well. The pads for the knees and the elbows are very comfortable. It’s very easy to use and it has a very smooth glide. You can definitely feel the burn

it’s not sturdy enough for me to do anything other than the ab workout… the pictures advertise you can do way more but it just slides against the floor … & it lifts off the floor when i try to use the resistance bands

This machine does what it says it will. The instructions aren't helpful in the slightest, though, and actually skips a few steps (namely the handlebars). The video attached to the product is though! It's a bit unstable, given that it's just some hollow metal and bolts, just make sure to keep your weight balanced and its not a worry. The foam padding is the perfect thickness, no pain at all.
