I'm loving this super easy to use Ab machine! It is extremely sturdy and you can do many exercises on it! This is a good price as well. Even my kids like to get up here and work out on it. Its harder than it looks. You can up the resistance by making it taller.

Took a little bit to put together, but is functional. I weigh about 210lbs and this supports me just fine and is stable when exercising. I like the adjustments for the height as it can still be a challenge even for my size. For the price it's not terrible. The overall weight isn't too bad if you need to move it around and it collapsed for easy storage.

First of all, I'm always appreciative of a workout equipment that can fold up and be moved out of the way. It takes up little space against my wall, and has been easy enough for me to fold up or down as needed. The instructions for putting it together are simple enough to follow, though there are maybe one or two parts (dealing with the handlebars) that may be confusing regarding how to attach it, but it becomes pretty intuitive that it fits only a certain way after a bit. My main gripe is that there are smaller washers that can fall out in the box. I don't know if they were attached to the bars and just dislodged themselves, or were loose in the bags, but when I was putting together the Ab Trainer Machine, I couldn't find some of the pieces at first -- it was only due to another similar issue on another product that I thought to check thoroughly -- literally under the interior flaps of the box, and there it was. If it seems like some pieces are missing, check it before you throw away the box. Other than that, the machine works well. Definitely pushes my ability, and it seems sturdy enough for someone like me who is 5'1" and 170lbs. I like that I can adjust the height/incline of the machine to decrease or increase my difficulty. The resistance bands being included is nice, though they don't really specify how it should be attached. There's also a battery-included screen that tracks your count, though I don't really pay attention to it. Maybe my only other suggestion is to include a better guide on what workouts are suggested to use with the machine. There's tiny little photos in the instructions/assembly booklet but ultimately they weren't helpful and I sought elsewhere for information.
