This is a great value for a consumer endoscope. I had a problem with a damaged water pipe. The camera easily found it and was completely visible. HD 1090p display resolution is more than sufficient to see your surroundings. It comes with a 32gb micro SD card to capture and store still photos. It has 3 cameras so you should be able to see at any angle. Cable is rigid enough to remain steady during use. LEDS have adjustable brightness. Comes with a nice hardshell case. A zoom feature would have been nice. That is the only con about this price of equipment. The first one I received had a defect where it would take several attempts to power it up by removing and reinstalling the cable. Kept pressing power button and wouldn't turn on. I contacted their tech support via email to let them know of the issue. Without hesitation, they shipped a replacement free of any charges. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOW!! I remember paying $35 for a dongle type camera with awful app compatibility that was required for use. For not much more money i can now get a built-in screen with a nice semi-rigid cable that has better resolution? Count me in. When the unit arrived, it's clear the manual was written by someone who is not a primary english speaker, but other than a few translation issues, it's a workable instruction set and a capable camera. I can't speak to the longevity yet, but the case it comes in is super nice for the dollars spent. Overall, quite happy given that i don't need to use this daily. This is a well-made endoscope. The images it captures are great, and it has a solid feel and a good design regarding interface and buttons. The only thing that I wish worked better was navigating corners with it. They seem to admit up front that you need to use a “fish tape” with it to really go any distance with it, and I would agree. I couldn’t get around the first corner in a pipe I’m trying to find a leak in. So, I recommend it, but don’t think you’re going to fish it as-is through 15’ of plumbing. Probably not. I had to edit my original 1 star review. Even though the item could not be returned to Amazon, the company reached out and offered a full refund. Great service! and as I said in my first review it is very well built. I'll be getting another OLD Review:This worked for one or two times then the scope developed a short and stopped working. Only works if I move the cord a little, then stops again. While the product seemed well-built this faulty scope is a big disappointment. I am just out of the return period covered by amazon. Too bad. I always wanted something like this for various projects, usually the quality was junk, this tool has adjustable light, adjustable lens, quality of screen is great, if you want a simple, high quality bore scope, I’d highly recommend this unit. No downside.
