After using it for a few weeks and finishing off the bottle, it definitely works but not to the extent of what I was seeing other reviews claim. His bad breath is mostly gone but there is a bit left mixed with the scent of the product which is a bit of a metallic scent. We add a splash of this when we fill our dog bowls. Our dogs haven't had build up on their teeth, even though we are really lax on brushing -- most days we only use this and the occasional Greenie. The dogs don't seem to mind the taste, and it doesn't smell like anything, just water. We went through one bottle in about a month, though we just use a little splash and don't fill up the cap like the directions say to do (I'm sure it would run out faster that way). It is mostly water, so I can see how dogs wouldn't notice it in the water. We have used this product for a little over a month and have not noticed any negative effects. ... show more

My dog had bad breath. He is older and there was nothing that was helping the issue. This product is a breath saver. He do not have any issues with bad breath. I put bit on his water every time I change the bowl. I keep it in stock so I can always have some.
