Seems like the older it gets the better. We use this fridge every day and never had a issue with it. Watch out for the temp of the fridge area because if it’s not right and two high it will freeze your food. But over all quality is amazing.

Retro looking fridge that looks perfect for my daughter’s future dorm. The logo did peel off when taking the protective layer off, but not a big deal. The was about $100 less than another retro fridge very similar in style.

This is a great compact refrigerator for those who need extra space to store their groceries. Also convenient to use in small apartments where space is limited. Only thing wrong is you are responsible for buying the groceries.

    • Good Enough for the Price, but Tempermental Temp Control

Not sure if it was this product or another model, but I was reading a review where someone said their fridge wouldn't get cold within recommended standards. I thought this was happening to me and I was going to have to haul this bastard into the Amazon Store office, but instead I was airing out my rental room with a fan/open window and it was almost eighty degrees in there. The point being, this unit is retro, it's cheap, and it's 3.5 cubic feet, something had to give and that's how much cooling capacity you get. So if you're running an outdoor cabana bar in Miami, this is not the retro fridge for you (especially these days). But I figured it was worth taking a chance on yet anther no-name brand from China, and it works fine. Door shelves are a little odd I might say. For example, they have six holes in both the top and bottom shelves, apparently for eggs, and they're not much wider than that. ======================== EDIT FOLLOWS: ====================== I had this unit in a room I was airing out, there had been a cat in there. So it was exposed to multiple temperature changes in a given full day. Turns out I had to set the temperature to above six, out of seven, and as discussed above setting it all the way to seven freezes up internal components and makes for a nasty buzzing noise. So really I had to include a fridge thermometer with this unit to allow for careful calibration of the temperature control knob. I would suggest that this is a design flaw, and I would give it two stars but it's really cheap, it's retro, and it's larger than the competition. "Bravo! Encore!
