After a mishap that was resolved immediately by the seller, I am loving my new freezer. It arrived from the distributor upright and without any damage. It's light and was easy to remove from the box and put into place. I've had it for several weeks now and it's working great. I got this because I'm starting to do a lot of meal prep and I don't have any more space in my regular freezer. It fits all my meal containers and I love the baskets up top to hold my frozen fruits. It's held my temperature at -5 degrees F and the condenser never gets louder than a small hum. The ice buildup around the walls and near the seals is minimal and I can wipe it away pretty easily for now, unsure how long it will be until I need to do a full thaw and remove any major build up that occurs. For the money I don't think I could have done better.

So far, so good...It was easy to place in a workshop; the cord was long enough to reach the desired outlet/plug; and the top opens smoothly. A good feature is that the two side racks provide optional space for longer packaged items. It is fairly surprising to me that it is so very quiet.

The freezer seems fine. Very roomy and lightweight. My issue may be a one off as I don't see anybody else complaining about it. They cover pretty much the whole freezer with that fine film for protection like when you get a new phone. With my unit however it seems like they did that about half way through then finished assembling and putting hardware on. Now I can't get all that plastic out of the seams. I have been working on this for over an hour. Not happy as this unit will be in plain sight. Maybe just being dumb but I can't see how to get it out without taking the panels off or the hardware. So will probably take me at least another hour to work that plastic out of the seams.

I received the refrigerator within a week but as seen in the pictures with damages from factory. The lid does not seal very good introducing frost after 2 days. It runs quietly but the damages are permanent

It's small but a lot bigger on the inside than yours imagine. It has two baskets to hold smaller items, a ledge on both sides and then the really deep part. It was really just plug in, let it get down to the temp you set it on and put your stuff in it.
