I tried these fish oil caps because I was hoping to find a quality product that didn't create the dreaded "fish oil burps." If you've had them, you know why I wanted to avoid them. If you haven't, be glad you missed the experience. These are small caps that swallow easily and don't give me problems even if I don't take food afterwards right away. They are a good value for price and quantity. I will be ordering more.

No burp backs, easy to swallow. I do notice when I miss a few days my body tensa to crave fatty fish so that gives me comfort in knowing that it is working.
