Purchased this for my mother who is on the heavy side. She’s comfortable on it - seat just the right size and she has leg room. I like how the handle tilts. Having arthritis her reach is not too good. Battery stays charged for a long time. Comes together and apart fairly easily. I wouldn’t want to put it together too many times in one day. I had to repair Broken wiring in the Battery Compartment to make it work but otherwise it seems to be a good value. Not much ground clearance so unable to use on turf but seems to have good power. The Battery charging port is under the seat so the seat must be removed to charge ... not a great design. It does not fold so you must take it apart to transport and it does not have an ideal turning radius. I had ordered 2, one came in workin condition. Other came 3 wks later not in working condition. I called the escooter numer right away and they tried to diagnose over phone. They sent a part for me (77 yrs old) and my husband (80 years old), handicapped to install. It didnt work. They then has us put back of operating scooter on unoperating one to see what happened, 2 months later. after numerous calls back and forth. Finally they agreed to send new front part for the scooter ordered June 9, 2023. It finally arrived September 10, 2023 and we had to install it ourselves. I had told them I had ordered a handicap scooter due to the fact we are old and handicapped and needed them. The scooter is nice enough. horn doesn't work. missing cellphone holder and USB port and seat not easy to install but it drives good and wife likes it. Seller has shipped missing parts. Good to deal with. Missing parts were wrong. Don't really care about cell phone holder or USB port but shouldn't advertise if there not going to be part of order. These folks are lost. They are asking what we want.. Just want what was advertised in the listing. Sent them a copy of the listing, didn't help. ridiculous, they want us to send pictures of parts we don't have. how are we supposed to know what they look like. we just want what we paid for. ... show more

Called for 3 weeks ÷ on & off nobody returned a call back. Now steering pops when moved back and forth the steering colum base. Paid $50 to repair seat back. Seat back leaned way back & one side broke. I am 228 lbs. The seat swivel arm is causing the notches to catch intermittently in some positions. ... show more
