Even though I did manage to put it together it would have been a much easier task if instructions came with it. As it is I'm still trying to figure out how to remove the battery and why that wobbles so bad! Have ridden it and it's pretty much as advertised. OK for tooling around the neighborhood but don't take turns too fast or operate on a non level surface because it seems like it might tip over. . ... show more

If I could give this less than a 1 star, I would. The seat wobbles, so much so that I thought sincerely I would topple off every time I took a turn. It is also much shorter than other scooters I've ridden. I'm only 5'4" and did not have enough leg room with my knee injury. The customer service was nonexistent and then they arbitrarily decide you can't return without the original box and make you pay for shipping. It is honestly disgraceful. Beware. ... show more

My wife does not feel comfortable on this an d they want me to pay for shipping to return it. No where on Amazons website does it state customer has to pay for returns. Even though it says for 300 lbs, It seems very wobbily.
