The bed is great. Helps my back but the frame for the tilt feature wasn't included. I got the motor and everything, but the frame was the non-tilt frame. Not the end of the world, but I don't want to deal with the hassle of tearing it all back apart and the shipping. I'll just deal with it. Other than that, it was a great product. I am very Happy with this massage table. I have one in Europe, as well. The only difference is that this one doesn’t have the relaxation music onto it, and the design is different(this one is not having option color and the bottom part is not as the one in Europe, a Little modern, like a furniture). However, this one has more stability. The massage is amazing, it does a great job. To assemble, it takes more than an hour. The only think is NOT MUSIC, but I know it when I bought it. We did not really care for this bed. It comes in 2 pieces, the instructions are confusing. Bought a full roller bed in the 90's and it seemed to give a much deeper massage.
