    • Works well but unsure if wand is stainless steel
I purchased this due to being advertised as Made in the USA and being stainless steel (wand only, I assumed.) This device came with the QDs and tube disconnected- but with sealing tape applied. I assembled the components and put into use with my 4K-PSI/4 GPM power washer, along with a 4-nozzle floor/sidewalk/driveway tool which have small nozzle orifices that are easily plugged with small amounts of rust from non-stainless wands that create no problems with standard nozzles. The fittings at each end of the wand leaked and continued to leak no matter how tight the connections were made. I ended up disassembling the fittings and placing a lot more sealing tape onto both ends of the wand- far more than I usually need to use. In the end, all now work well. A stainless wand was the primary reason for purchasing a new gun/wand assembly due to partial plugging of the floor tool nozzles often. However, I am dubious this wand is actually stainless as the finish seems to be extremely similar to my non-stainless, plated wands. Using a stronghold magnet, the magnetic attraction/pull of all of the wands felt identical. Time will tell if this wand rusts internally but is a keeper at this point in time. ... show more
