Absolutely love this Faucet! It’s a beautiful Champagne color, not gold! It works perfectly as described. Touch on and off! Perfect for messy hands, just tap on to clean. There is a small light at the base that turns blue when the water is cold, purple when warm and red when hot so you always know the temperature of the water even if you can’t feel it right away. The sprayer is smaller but very powerful and has a great magnetic docking feature! It swivels from the base. Our plumber installed with no problem. We first saw a "touch" faucet at a friends house when they were just released in the market. We immediately loved the concept and decided to get a touch faucet for our new kitchen remodel. This faucet is big! It is very tall and solid. It is also very slick and the stainles is beautiful. Of course it will take a while to get used to it since you pretty much setup the flow and temperature once then just tap on and off. A blue light indicates when is on or off. Guests will get confused and will close the faucet normally (it took a while for my mom to get used to, she still closes the water regularly sometimes). The unit works with a battery pack (if you are curious how it works). The instalation is not too complicated, you can do it yourself IF you already have some knowledge of installing faucets. Sometimes it goes a little crazy, I think it is the stuff under my sink touching the battery pack or wires, we still have to figure that out. Love it, love it, love it. Update 10/21/2014: we had this faucet for over 2 years and it is still working great. We bought a new house and after few weeks we swapped faucets in the new house because I missed it so much. I understand the frustration from some people.The faucet can start acting up if you have a lot of stuff under the sink and stuff touches it and moves the battery pack, especially metal. I also know when it starts working erratically I need to change batteries. I still love the faucet and makes my life so much easier when my hands are dirty while cooking. I would buy it again, it is not cheap but worth the money. ... show more

    • Nightmare!Do yourself a favor and buy a Moen.

I would give this product 0 stars. However, Amazon Prime took great care of us, they get the star. This product doesn't work. The first one we installed the touch sensor would not work unless you slapped the faucet 2 or 3 times, you can't even get the water off and on with the handle when the voice system is set up. We called delta, they sent us a new sensoid. Again we reinstalled it. Again it didn't work. Same problem. Called Delta, this time they told us it was our quartz counter surface and we needed a special part that was called an "isolation spacer". This part does not automatically come with the faucet. Why not? who knows? So once again we changed it out and added the part. Guess what? Still didn't work. You have to slap it hard to make it work. Called Delta Again! They said.to return unit to Amazon and order a whole new unit. Amazon was awesome, had the new one in 2 days. It arrived and we began to install and the new one was not put together completely on the handle. Called Delta again! had to take it apart.brand new out of the box and put it together correctly. Installed it, Guess what? SAME problem! Touch Sensor does not work! Also, on the voice activation it would only work when my husband talked to it. We couldn't get it to program mine or the kids. On top of it all, this faucet was difficult to install My husband struggled every time. I only ordered this because we remodeled our kitchen and I needed a different finish and the antique gold is not available by Moen. We had the wave motion sensor by Moen and LOVED IT. Easy to install and it worked great! Go Buy a Moen! We put ours back on! ... show more

I actually ordered the touch one by mistake. Our plumber already installed it when I realized it and I figured I’d give it a try. I didn’t think I wanted to deal with the touch feature but I am so glad I got this one! It’s so convenient and works great. You know when your hands are all messy and you have to turn on the faucet and the mess gets everywhere? This is a game changer. A little tap and it’s on, a little tap it’s off. I never knew I needed this but now I am so happy I have it. It is a little pricey and takes a bit of time to get used to, but seems sturdy and a timeless look. ... show more
