We found ourselves in a tough spot with our community egg hunt coming up. We usually rent event tents from our air base at a great rate. A little over a week before they informed us they were no longer renting tents. After hours of 5 people online reading reviews and comparing prices, we decided to go with two of these. We could not be more pleased with our choice! They arrived quickly, with time to spare. They came in 4 boxes so make sure you have help with them. They were very easy to put up. We really liked the option of multiple side panels to configure however you want. We put them in an "L" shape as we usually do. This allows for seating on one side and games on the other but yet people can watch the kids play. The quality of material is great and seems like it will really last. We put on several events each year so they'll easily pay for themselves compared to renting, with piece of mind they're on hand when we need them. The day of our event was a bit chilly and breezy. We have an 18x30 carport we use for burning man event along with a 10x20. The 10x20 poles + it's elbows fits in one bag. I split the poles for the 18x30 into 3 bags. A couple are a bit heavy, but they are still not completely full. I love the end straps that wrap from the bottom to the top. Makes storage and transport so much easier. What a wonderful experience. I needed this bag to hold the 6’ long poles of my 10’x17’ Harbor Freight garage tent which is 6’3” tall at the sides and 9’ tall at the peak, and arrived in a very tall, very heavy-duty cardboard box. I intend to use this tent on long camping trips, as it really is not too hard to set up, but weighs a ton. I was due to leave for my trip a week and a half from the day I ordered this. I have the cloth parts in a normal duffel, to include ground cloths, but needed this bag for the 1.25” diameter, thick walled poles; no other 6’3” length bags (this bag is actually longer) are available on Amazon. The poles are so heavy by themselves I ordered two bags so I could split the load and be able to carry them by myself, and to ensure I had bags enough for the 30 poles. I was worried the vendor, WPIC-Store, wouldn’t get them to me in time, although the predicted delivery date was 3 days in advance of my departure. I needn’t have worried! The bags arrived in 2 business days, one day after my Prime items, ordered the same day, arrived. They have a great shipping department! I immediately checked out the quality. I was impressed with the apparent durability and quality, and the bags were the length promised. However, I did find that on one bag, one of the double zipper pulls was reversed, so it unzipped when pulled to the center of the bag. The other zipper, and the other bag, were fine, zipping closed as they were pulled from the end to the center (and continuing all the way to the other end, of course.) I notified WPIC-Store of the zipper and explaining my need for rapid replacement, and got an answer the next day, saying they had shipped another bag and asking only for a picture. I emailed for clarification, wondering how I should return the defective-zippered bag.) They told me to keep the defective bag as it was usable, and I would need it for my rapidly approaching trip! Very easy to assemble. Seemed durable until a breeze rolled through overnight and this thing collapsed and bent all to pieces. Attempted to repair but the metal is so flimsy that it dented horribly or broke.

    • 2 long and 3 short bags are perfect for my 20x20 tent
My 20x20 commercial PE tent with sidewalls came without bags. The stuff is pretty heavy and not easy to store and move when it is all loose, so I decided to get these bags. Everything fits nicely and, even though the bags don't appear super-sturdy and the material is fairly thin, they are constructed to hold the weight. One of the zippers had a dead spot. I can still use the bag and close it, but I can only stop the two sides in one position. Overall, I recommend these bags if you want to organize your party tent frame and canvas when it is not in use. The bags will need to be handled with care, though, and are definitely not made for commercial use. ... show more

Great practical tent for home parties, sturdy and no fuss. Took 6 ppl 1 1/2 hours to put up because the directions are challenging, next time we will able to do it in less than an hour! Very happy with the purchase and the first party was amazing, hopefully more great memories with it!

    • Happy with tent
My husband and son put it up in fairly quickly. They laid out all the parts which help with set up. During a test run of set up we realized a part was missing, I contacted customer service and they got to me before our party. The tent was pretty sturdy and it fit 10 tables no problem. Really happy with the tent can't wait to use for our parties. The only con is the parts are not labeled so I would suggest spray paint the parts for faster set up. ... show more
