I purchased this tent May 21 to provide shelter from rain during small outdoor gatherings. It was set up twice: June 6th, and July 4th. We took it down between gatherings so it would last a long time. It didn't even last A MONTH! But long enough that the 30 day return period passed. The material isn't taught enough and doesn't shed water: it COLLECTS WATER, creating massive sags in the tent on the inside edge of the frame, necessitating the removal of the buckets of water (during the event!) by pushing up the sagging plastic material full of water, which then splashes violently to the ground, spraying mud and dirt all over the person removing the sag, and anyone else nearby. Just horrible. It's not a tent if your party focus shifts to "tent care and removal of water on the roof so it doesn't sag worse". It was a huge distraction and chore during our event. Might as well be out in the rain. We left it up after the event to take down the next day because it was raining, and it COMPLETELY BUCKLED overnight under the load of water collecting on the plastic roof cover! Bent the cheap metal and tore the plastic. We sent pictures to the seller, and their response was that it was passed the return window, the tent isn't warrantied for weather damage, and that they sold replacement parts. What a racket! Reading a disclaimer for weather damage made me think violent weather, not basic rain. And how good could the replacement parts be if the original product didn't perform as advertised and collapsed within 30 days of use? If you only use this for sun shade, maaaybe. But please don't give this company your money. THEY DO NOT CARE! They won't be there for you WHEN this piece of garbage fails you. Fortunately no one was standing under it when it fell to the ground...

The tent was excellent. Perfect for what I needed. It does require about 2 or more individuals to set it up. Definitely recommend it.

Very easy to layout and attach all poles together since they just snap into place. Instructions are good. I purchased for sons' birthday party. People were impressed (think a few wants to borrow it:) ). The only dislike is the statement: "NEVER to leave them up overnight, particularly with the roof and side panels on". The party we had was at night so I'm sure my warranty is out the window. I live in the south so the humidity did build up quite a bit on the interior. I just hung all the panels out and laid the top out so the sun would dry everything out before folding back up. Ultimately, I am happy with the purchase. It just seems companies always find a way to void warranties easily. I gave "Durability" three stars since I haven't really used it enough to find out. All of the instructions requesting the user not to actually use it during any inconvenient weather makes me lean to durability not being that great. I did contact them concerning replacement parts just in case I needed some in the future and they replied quickly and professionally.

i got the 20' x 16' and this thing is great. looks good and ppl have given me lots of compliments on it. the shade it provides is just awesome. worried about the wind that ALWAYS comes through here but a few extra straps and that thing hasn't moved. i was worried because of the negative comments left but i love it and recommend it others!
