Works great. Living in Europe I had a Siemens full automatic. Bought this renewed one, seems like new. I think they replaced everything but the base/ touchscreen. In the history settings I could see 38 cups of coffee were made before. I like that it’s very easy to operate, it’s more quiet then the Siemens, easier to clean (can’t take the system out of it’s base like the Siemens), I hope it cleans itself well. Temperature is great (setting 3 of 4). Coffee tastes great but that’s highly dependable on the beans and grinder settings ofcourse. The machine looks fantastic. Easy to set up, easy to clean. Just be sure to put a cup in place before you start because it cleans itself every time you turn it on and also whenever you turn it off. Container for milk is easy to detach and put in the fridge. Coffee beans get auto portioned but it's adjustable to strength you like. Makes one after the other for friends & family ... show more

First of all I wanted to wait a while before writing a review! I have had this machine for over a month now and after being skeptical about buying a refurbished item I convinced myself to just give it a try based on all the positive reviews. Yes the item was in a great condition could not tell if it was ever used before. Did not come in the original box but it was nicely packaged. Did not have all the recipe books that machines normally come with, but it did come with the basic manual. About the machine…it is the most convenient coffee/espresso machine ever!! I’ve been in love with my nespresso for the past 8 years but feeling a little guilty about the waste and for health reasons (aluminum being so bad) also it was very costly as we were going through at least 5 pods a day. After extensive research decided on this machine and boy am I glad! It is just so convenient, even more convenient than the nespresso machine (believe it or not) heats up quick, wait time for the next cup f coffee is minimal, the temperature is hot, the frother is great and everything is adjustable! From the temperature of the coffee to the strength. My whole family is in love and I am so glad I went with Amazon Like New, because this machine goes for much higher as brand new. ... show more

This espresso machine looks new. No smudges or scratches. The first renewed item I purchased was a portable air conditioner. The a/c I had was just too small for the room I needed to cool. This also was like new. This espresso machine does have a learning curve but is worth the time invested. This machine has more user adjustments that can make your coffee experience more enjoyable. I replaced a Gaggia high end espresso machine with this Delonghi Eletta which is worth the extra cost. Just take the time to experience all the tweeks and adjustments. Getting a like new renewed machine is a great bonus as a new one. ... show more
