Buyer beware! For starters this took twice the shipping time than was originally listed. Yes I knew it was refurbished, I've bought Delonghi refurbs before. Lasted almost 30 years. This one was not in "good" condition. The tray was warped so it was unstable. I like a buttered coffee once in awhile, this didn't get hot enough to melt room temp butter. I could let it pour over my fingers. Shouldn't have to microwave fresh made coffee. I thought the return went smooth enough until I got the return invoice. They deducted $40 " re-stocking fee. Why would you re-stock a defective item? Besides, it's not my fault you sent a defective item. Can't get anywhere trying to get this resolved. ... show more

    • Great coffee
No coffee is better than coffee made from whole grain. Tjis machine makes it so easy to have esspresso, capuccino, flat white, cafe latte just from one push of a bottom. Self cleaning ehich is great. Fully recommend this coffee maker.

This expensive machine works with no issues! I ordered another from Costco online "jura" and it leaked all over my kitchen counter and was faulty making drinks even though more expensive. I returned it to Lacey Costco and was black listed by costco online and unable to shop costco online for returning too many items over all of the years I was a member. I can still shop in costco stores. No one has explained why I can shop in person but not online. I am also disabled and believe that costco is discriminating against me. I have no funds to hire legal help so for now I will shop at amazon. ... show more
