I looked at all the DeLonghi before I ordered this one. I noted one said it was 12-cup, this one reported it in liters. Sure, I should have seen how many cups that meant before I ordered it. But why not just come out and call it a 5-cup instead of trying to trick us? It works nice, but that aroma function is useless. And it's definitely better with filters. I thought about returning it because I already had a 5-cup and wanted to replace a 10-cup. I guess I should give the seller 3 and the pot itself a 4. But heck with it. ... show more

Cheaply made. Inferior plastics overall. I have had DeLonghi in the past and quality of those coffee products are why I purchased this. Better off with a 20$ Mr. Coffee. Recommend do not purchase
