First, this is an uncompensated review. I’m a real customer giving my real opinion. I’ve been shopping for a patio set for three years. I couldn’t find anything with the features I desired at a price point I could afford - until I discovered this set. Key features for me: high backs, thick cushions, durable, good price point. Granted, I only just got it assembled and set up, but so far I love everything about this set. I will update this review as the years go by to provide feedback on durability or problems. This set has a high back, which was important to me as a tall person. I love the color of the wicker and appreciated being able to choose a cushion cover. The set feels very solid when sitting on it, yet it’s fairly lightweight for moving the pieces around. Assembly was not difficult, only time-consuming. I’m a 62yo woman and easily did this myself. I estimate I spent 8 hours over several days assembling this patio set in leisurely fashion. Be sure to follow the instructions and categorize the bolts properly based on size. I did not and ended up having to take the first armless chair apart to correct the bolts. LOL. I used an impact driver with a flexible extension piece that made it extremely easy to tighten all the bolts. Highly recommend. The holes all lined up perfectly, which made assembly a breeze. One of the adjustable feet had bad threads and would not work in any of the mounts, but this was no problem, as the manufacturer includes plenty of extra hardware - as well as extra wicker for making repairs. The cushions seem very thick and nice. It’s hard to find thick patio furniture cushions anymore, but these are a good 3”. We’ll see if they hold up over time. I made what I consider the mistake of allowing the cushions to fluff up before putting the covers on. This led to quite a protracted wrestling match. I advise you stuff the cushions into the covers as soon as you break the vacuum seal. I suspect they’ll still be nice and fluffy. By the way, I sprayed my covers with Scotchgard, and they did not stain. Comfort was a high priority for me because I can enjoy a good 8 months on my patio, and this set is extremely comfortable to me. I love being able to fully stretch out on the sofa. This set offers many configuration options, even beyond what the instructions say. For example, you could make a small L-shaped sectional with these pieces. I opted to leave all the pieces “loose” until I settle on the final arrangement, at which point I’ll bolt and clip them together. My patio areas are small, and this set made two very nice seating areas for me. I love that the set includes two coffee tables. All in all, I am blown away by the value of this set. To receive so many high-quality pieces at this price point, even with paid shipping, is incredible. I’m looking forward to enjoying this set for many years to come.

Ordered the 14 piece set with couch, swivel chairs, end tables, additional seats, and fire pit. Everything came in quick, set up takes an afternoon, but not hard at all. It was a Christmas gift so we didn't open it right away, but long story short, I ordered the wrong color (Navy Blue instead of the Teal Blue). My mistake (actually it was totally my wife's mistake, but.....), so I sent the seller an email. I offered to buy new seat covers, but they said they would just send me replacements in the correct color and I got them within a week. Excellent furniture, exactly what we were looking for, and looks great around the pool. Firepit is excellent, cushions are comfortable and they have velcro and ties to hold them in place. We were so impressed, we bought our daughter a set for her apartment balcony while at college. They are easy to move, mix, and match to accommodate any design/setup you may need. The product looks exactly like the photos. Would absolutely buy again!!!

We ordered this set after seeing it at a relative’s home. It was attractive and comfortable. It was easy to assemble, with all holes perfectly aligned and more than enough hardware. Pieces were sturdy, well-labeled, and well-packed. We had one minor issue that was immediately resolved through customer service. The media could not be loaded. We opted for the 12 piece high back. We already have a fire pit so didn’t need that. We haven’t built the coffee tables yet, so they aren’t in the pics. Putting the pieces together took us about 4 hours but was pretty easy once you got the hang of it. I had questions before I bought and seller was very responsive. We did a lot of research before buying this set and are very happy with our decision. It fits perfectly in our space and is very comfortable. The pieces seem well made and the price was right. Everything arrived in 1 day too - all 6 boxes. Super impressed with that. The seller also sent me the tracking for all the boxes, which was nice to have. We highly recommend!!

My wife and I were looking for a patio set for our porch at the cabin and had been looking for some time until we found this 6-piece set. We love everything about it. There were 3 shipments including 2 from US and 1 from China (covers). We received tracking numbers for each and they delivered on 3 consecutive days. Assembly was not difficult other than my own lack in following instructions at first. The only somewhat difficult part was clipping the units together but after a couple clips it seemed to get easier. Looks great, very sturdy and fit perfectly on our porch. I have already taken multiple naps on it. Seat cushion are firmer than expected which I prefer. Overall, this was the perfect set for our Cabin porch and would not change anything about it.

I purchased the 6 piece set. Before it arrived I asked for the individual tracking numbers so I knew how many boxes i was receiving. The 6pc set shipped in 3 boxes. Box A, box B, and box C (C just had the pillow cases) It was a little tricky at first with the directions, I actually put the wrong machine bolts in at first and quickly figured out why I was short a few (even though they give you extras) Once I figured it out, the rest of the process went pretty smooth. This did take time, about 4 hours, but worth it. The set is actually pretty exquisite. I set everything up as the 3 cushion couch with two end chairs and the table. See pics..... Time will tell how these last but imo, the height is perfect with the cushions on and the huge pillows actually fit in the cushion backs all with ykk zippers. Customer service was great when I reached out for the tracking numbers.
