This beautiful set is as described (less the umbrella which was a separate purchase). Be aware that this set is shipped in 7 different boxes in 5 different shipments. Don't panic like I did when only 2 boxes arrive in the first shipment. I immediately contacted FedEx looking for an explanation, and I messaged the seller. For some reason, Amazon only provides one tracking label. The seller was quick to respond and was very detailed in what was being delivered and provided the 5 different tracking numbers. I appreciate the stellar customer service provided by the seller. Between my husband and I, we spent about 3-4 hrs total on installation for the entire set. I would suggest using a drill with an Allen bit versus the provided Allen tool for efficiency. The fire pit takes a standard size propane tank. The cushions are comfy (and doggy approved). We are satisfied customers.

I purchased the 6 piece set. Before it arrived I asked for the individual tracking numbers so I knew how many boxes i was receiving. The 6pc set shipped in 3 boxes. Box A, box B, and box C (C just had the pillow cases) It was a little tricky at first with the directions, I actually put the wrong machine bolts in at first and quickly figured out why I was short a few (even though they give you extras) Once I figured it out, the rest of the process went pretty smooth. This did take time, about 4 hours, but worth it. The set is actually pretty exquisite. I set everything up as the 3 cushion couch with two end chairs and the table. See pics..... Time will tell how these last but imo, the height is perfect with the cushions on and the huge pillows actually fit in the cushion backs all with ykk zippers. Customer service was great when I reached out for the tracking numbers.

Yes, yes we did. I was bold and went with turquoise/teal as well. And do I love my choice? Yes, yes again. Any regrets - not purchasing sooner. It's only money - figured I should spend time making my home look like a place I want to run TO instead of plan a vacation AWAY from. I got the 12 piece set and it was easy to put together. Stuffed all the cushions. *Wondering now if i should have left the plastic wrap on - help water protect them? cest le vie so far - I like it a lot!

Very easy to assemble. I was able to assemble it all over a weekend with no frustration. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. A cordless drill with the proper bit makes the assembly go more quickly. Just set the drill to low torque so as to not strip the screw heads. Hand threaded the screws and tightened with the drill. Quick and easy. The furniture looks great and is quite comfortable.

Directions were laid out well for assembly, no damaged parts or missing pieces. Great construction. I’m especially pleased with the thicker cushions and cushion cover material. They have a quality feel and the thicker cushions adds to the overall height of the seat.

4 stars, would have been 5 as the furniture itsself is GREAT, but i had some issues, read below. Also wish i would have purchased 2 of the 6-piece and the table seperately (same thing), then i wouldnt of paid the $300 shipping as its free on the smaller orders. This took about 8hrs with the kids helping to get everything put together and the small tools it comes with are garbage. Do yourself a favor and get a real set of tools before you start. Also had a shipping incident, 1 box looked like a forklift drove through it and damaged the pieces inside, and another looked like it was dragged a mile across the ground again ripping the cardboard and damaging the wicker inside. Company shipped me new pieces right away with no hassle, just few pictures needed. However, one of the replacement parts they shipped was defective, like the frame inside the wicker was rotated incorrectly. I ended up just fixing the first damaged piece as I didnt want to wait for another replacement. Tons of cardboard leftover from all the boxes!!!

Shipping was quick, I received the boxes over two deliveries but the seller was very quick and accurate with responding. Setup is simple but does take time. I opted for the 13 piece setup and it all comes together really well. Instructions are clear and simple, though you do need to visualize how you want it setup first and then build the i visual items to match that. Would definitely buy again.
