Best thing I’ve bought. I used to have 3 12k btu window ac’s that never were able to bring the temp below 70 degrees running continuously and noisey. This unit works super well and cools like nothing I have ever had. Very quiet and it cut my cooling costs by 40%. In the winter it takes the chill out very quickly. I installed it myself and definitely not the easiest for a novice, but doable with care being taken. Wish I had installed it a long time ago. It cools my unique space of 2500 sq feet with 15 foot ceilings with no problem, even when it is in the 90’s outside. I live in a converted church hall.

So we built a 40x80x16 metal building and needed a solution to heat and cool it. We got spray foam installed and figured two of these 36k BTU systems would be sufficient. And we were correct! They easily maintain 75 degrees here in the Florida summer weather. In the evenings we have gotten it down to 70 with no issues. This has made working in our shop so much better, it's really a game changer!! And let's talk about the value! Each of the 2 systems we bought came in about 1000 bucks less than the MR Cool systems. That's a 2k $ savings overall!! Install wasn't difficult at all. The instructions were pretty straight forward and there was plenty of reference material on Youtube. We also made a video installing this system if you search up CertifiedRippers on Youtube you can see our install video. All in all this was a great by. They've been running now for a couple of months without a hiccup. Highly recommended!!!

Overall I’ve been pretty happy with this AC unit - I got the 36000 BTU 3 ton unit. I live in an area where the temp gets up to 115 degrees and the central AC I had couldn’t keep up - this unit helps keep the house at a comfortable temp. If it’s fully cranked up it can get the 2000 sqft 2 story house down to 70-72 degrees, when the central AC could only get to down to about 80+ degrees in peak temps (110-115 outside ). I have it aimed from the upstairs down at the living area / kitchen / dining area so it keeps a large part of the living space at a comfortable temp. No major issues so far, except the phone app connection that is unreliable, most of the time it is disconnected or doesn’t respond, but that may also be an issue with my wifi rather than the built in wifi receiver in the unit. I may need to reinstall the app, and maybe connect to a wifi extender. This is the best value I could find online and if the local tech is willing to install it, it will likely be more cost efficient than having them provide a unit. I’ve seen similar BTU units 2x the price. Some local techs were not willing to install units unless they provide it - also this is not a DIY unit it needs professional setup and install. I’ve had it for about a year so far and the clean the filters every few months and been happy I would purchase this brand again.

Important: 1. 3 levels of warranty, professional installation, if you rent their installation kit and DIY, and DIY only install. In addition registering the product with installation photos is important. Please review Della website to make sure you understand the warranty. 2. You can rent an installation kit from Della that includes the vac pump and tools necessary for install. I recommend DIY installers make use of this. INSTALL REQUIRES AN A/C VAC PUMP, INSTALL CANNOT BE MADE WITHOUT IT. 3. Check your panel box for space, system requires double pole, single throw breaker. Cannot use separate breakers for 220 install. I.E. takes two slots….. 4 WIFI requires 2.4 GH, cannot use 5 GH. If you are using 5 GH, will require reconfig of your WIFI and reconnection of all WIFI items. Customer service was a bit difficult to get a call back, but when I reached the technical support they were knowledgeable and helpful. Installer will need to purchase a base or wall mount for the condenser, I used a Della wall mount that worked well. Install was relatively easy, I did it alone, 2nd person would have been helpful while installing the inside unit and lifting the condenser, but neither was overly heavy. Only hiccup I had was using the wrong breaker due to limited space in breaker box. Had to buy slim line double breakers to make room. If you have an older box, may need sub panel or new box…. Worth checking out before committing…….. Remote works well, unit puts out very cold air…. I am using this to cool my garage workshop in Texas, working very well. It is quiet which is important to me. Turbo level cools shop down quickly. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. I have not had it long…. Will update if necessary. Things Necessary for Install: 1. Nylog 2. Condenser pad or wall mount. 3. Correct breaker. 4. Wire and Conduit 4. A/C disconnect 5. Whip from disconnect to Condenser. 6. Condenser line chase/cover (available on Amazon) 7. Install tools including a/c vac pump. (again you can rent an entire kit from Della that has everything you will need). 8. 5 MM Allen wrench.

I could not be more pleased with this purchase. After an old electric HVAC system bit the dust in my 1700sqft outbuilding, I thought I was going to have to spend big $$ to replace it. I was not familiar with mini-split systems and I was doubtful one could heat/cool my space. Not only was I wrong, but its faster and quieter, with so many nice features, that I can't imagine using anything else. On top of it all, I was able to install myself. I've had it since April and am only now really getting to test out the heating, but so far so great! HIGHLY reccomend!

It needed a little extra Freon that was in the system. Easy install, looked good, quiet running inside and outside unit. Front cover was a little thin for what I was expecting but it does the job. Would recommend at this time for shop area. Will review a little more after a month of use
