Everything is there, except the kitchen sink! Application to control the unit from your phone via wifi. connection. There is 14,000 BTU of cooling power with a fan that can be adjusted from Low Med and High. There is a built in Dehumidifier, Fan for those days when you don't need air conditioning. There is also (wait for it!) A 10,000 BTU HEATER! Yes you heard right! No come on, Della you guys are just showing off! Wow! This is truly the Portable air conditioner to rule them all. There is also a remote control with batteries, and a wifi Application to control such features as TIME SCHEDULING. Do you need to turn off the unit while away and turn it on when you are about to get home? Della has got you covered. On my buy scale of 1to5 this is a recommended 5* VERY SOLID BUY. (BTW) The kitchen sink would be if the Application allowed for switching of modes within the Timer section of the application. EXAMPLE: Go from cooling to say dehumidifier in the timer scheduler would add the kitchen sink... All and all I highly recommend this product.

So I have another portable ac I was using and could add it to anyplace in house to add extra. I thought it be nice to have a google home control one to add for when at work etc. I could turn on and off. But it basically needs to be the only thing plugged in, in the instructions it says full or strong plug, but if you have an alarm clock or anything it pops circuit breaker. I got tired of it popping my circuit breakers. Even with it only plugged in, it would pop circuit breakers. Plus they play games to make it hard for you to get a refund. They cancel my shipment after I left it at the store, I washed my receipt in my shirt pocket so Amazon will not refund me. If they do give you a prepaid label to return their unit that doesn’t work. It be CAD and then they will cancel it this means FedEx doesn’t have a record of it in their system because they only use the tracking number to trace the unit. Without a valid tracking number it is almost impossible for Amazon to give you your money back. It’s my fault I washed my shirt with receipt in it. But do not do not do not buy from these people. Any issues well they got your money and exploit Shipping and Amazon rules to not pay you.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this for a guest bedroom that is in direct sunlight and this unit makes the room a lot more comfortable! Wow! What a difference! EASY installation. Compact fit. Heating and cooling capabilities. Arrived earlier than expected and was packed and was sealed and brand new. The sound when turned on is a very soothing hum that actually helps aid in sleep (see/hear in the video) There's a remote and also an app where you can control the settings... So if you're away and want to cool off your area for yourself or your animals it's possible... or if you forget to take it off you are able to turn it off from anywhere! Haven't been able to try the heating feature yet (bc it's the crazy hot where we live) but everything else is working great! We have a mini split unit as well, and we're very pleased with the Della brand. Highly recommended!

This is a powerful AC unit in a relatively small enclosure. It chills a large gym 20x30' (small windows) in 100 degree weather. It's a bit noisy even on the low fan setting. Strangely, there's a thermostatic setting, but it's not accurate (set at 77, it feels like the room is at 70.) Also, the fan speed is not automatic, it's High, Medium, or Low. Set at 77, the room cools down quickly, then the unit tends to turn on and off (too) frequently. The controls are ok, the remote is ok, the phone app is good, but not great. We've had an older Della AC unit for years and it just works, so I like the reliability. We also have a Frigidaire of about the same age (4 years?) and it's more expensive, but a bit quieter, the fan speed as an auto setting, but it's not a heat pump, so it can't heat, only cool. We also have an LG which is the quietest of the three overall, but has a more mechanical noise (less fan noise) so it's actually a more annoying sound. If you want a portable AC unit that will hold a temperature consistently with minimal noise, this unit might disappoint. For us, cooling a workout/games room in 100 degree weather, we turn it on, it blasts, it does the job. I'd recommend this model Delta for the heat pump technology, the price and the cold air performance.

I’ve owned this portable air conditioner for nearly six months, and I regret the purchase. I live in a spacious basement, but this unit only seems effective in very small rooms. It struggles to cool my space during the summer and fails completely to provide warmth in the winter, making it practically useless year-round. It also consumes a lot of electricity for such poor performance, which has noticeably increased my energy bills. The only positives I can mention are its appearance and Alexa compatibility, which are not enough to justify the high cost for such disappointing results. If you're considering a portable air conditioner for your living room or a larger space, this product is a waste of money. Look elsewhere for something more reliable and efficient.
