They are a bit loud but normal for a window unit. They installed easily in about 15 minutes. I had a central ac in my house that died. I have a massive double living room connected to a hallway bathroom and bedroom that all needed cooling. Normally my house is the same temperature as outside without air. With my central working it would struggle to keep 77 degrees. I installed just 2 of these units in my living room and my central thermostat was reading 67 degrees this morning in my hallway, farthest from the units. It is now 80 outside and still holding 67 inside and every one of those rooms is comfortable and cool. I highly recommend these little units. I am pleasantly surprised and finally not sweating in my Florida home! I will be getting one more for my kitchen. ... show more

Just got it today and the a/c is very quiet and cools the room in sometime but it's better than my living room feeling 90° overall great a/c have no issues so far ..just need to look at the book how to setup wifi n app on my phone..very easy to put together and use and it only cost me 243.00 with the coupon of 50.00..thank u for excellent quality and service ... show more

I didn't find this easy to install, since you need an extra board (not included) for my style of window and all the fasteners presume you have a window frame you can screw things into (which doesn't work for apartments or non-wood frames). I bought extra security supplies and jury-rigged it to fit, but there's still nothing really holding it in place from the other side. However, it works decently and while it's loader than I hoped for, it's a nice consistent white noise. The seller was very helpful! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Great AC unit, cools our living room, one bedroom, and kitchen great!
